"This is a phenomenal vacation home. The rental description is accurate. It’s nicely arranged with high quality furniture, refreshing ocean-themed artwork and overall, a warm and welcoming tone. We appreciated the attention to detail that made our stay easy, including the well-outfitted kitchen, a great selection of books, family games and puzzles, great wifi, and complete beach supplies. The sunrise and moonrise over the bay were enjoyed many times from the living room, bedrooms, balconies, and patio. The handrails (to the second and third floors) and chairs (dining room and patio) are very sturdy. The outdoor patio and grill are very enjoyable. The location is lovely, with respectful and quiet neighbors, and no through traffic. Fishing opportunities only 30’ from the patio, as well as from the community dock. The villa is located next to the tennis courts and bike rentals, just around the corner from the Salty Dog, and a couple minutes from the beach by foot or bike. We received great service from property management throughout our extended stay. As a family of six, we stayed here over a month and could have easily stayed longer. Given the opportunity we hope to stay here again in the future."

Port Villa gives you access to the dock and great fishing in the cove, right from your backyard. Beach access is a few minutes' walk across the street and the pool is just next door in the South Beach Marina. 1618 Port villa has a beautiful galley kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It is fully stocked with everything you will need to make meals at home. The dining area seats six comfortably and looks across the bright living room to the amazing view of the cove. Enjoy the cozy feel of the step-down living room and walk out to the phenomenal sunrises over the peaceful marshes. There is seating for four on the patio and a gas grill for your use. This home has 2 primary bedrooms with king size beds, quality furniture suites, tv and ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom has twin bunk beds, plus one extra twin, tv and an ensuite bath as well. Each of the bedrooms also has a private balcony, allowing tremendous natural light in all day and providing amazing views. The loft area also has two twin beds and great floor space for kids to play! This home is the perfect place to get away, relaxation begins at the door.

* The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. The house was in a great location and everybody loved there was the water in the backyard. Kids were enjoying crabbing and fishing there. The rooms were clean and beautiful water views were enjoyable. We will definately back.

We had the perfect stay at this wonderful townhome! The accommodations were well kept, clean, and the kitchen well stocked! There was plenty of room for our family of 8. Beautiful views, a short walk to the beach and Salty Dog. Would definitely book again!

Property is nicely located if you enjoy Harbor Town, Salty Dog, South Beach area, etc. Easy access to shops, restaurants, beach, pool, etc. Some confusion with Sea Pines pass. On arrival, guy at the gate was not helpful. If you're renting in Sea Pines, you should have passes in your rental place and the gate should be aware of your stay. $9.00 per day for entry is a bit steep especially if you plan on leaving Sea Pines everyday.

We were extremely pleased with the property from the location to the decor to the cleanliness. The view from the patio overlooking the water was restful. The villa was well cared for and well supplied. We had one very minor issue which was addressed immediately by South Beach inn. A top notch stay!!!
