New everything! Condo has just been updated and is ready for guest arriving! The living room has large slider windows that leads to the peaceful back deck which is just steps away from the pool. There is a smart tv, dining table for 4, sleeper sofa, swivel chair, and don’t forget the wooden alligator. Master bedroom has a king size bed with fresh linens and the bathroom has a beautiful blue tile shower. The condo is a short walk to the beach and comes with beach chairs. Seascape has its own beach access and private cabana with a bathroom. The location of the condo is excellent being close to Coligny Plaza which has lots of stores, restaurants, and night life.

Absolutely wonderful stay

I've grown up coming to HHI, staying in Palmento dunes until the last two years. We stayed at another spot in this complex. I love this condo - everything from the start just went perfectly. The decor of the condo, the layout and the beds are wonderful! We are a family of four and it was perfect for us. Patrick was fantastic and very quick to respond. We would love to come back next year. Great location to get to the beach!
