Fin Privado De La Calle - Inicio En Lawton Woods,

Como usted sabe, el huracán Mateo sopló a través de Hilton Head el 8 de octubre. Tuvimos mucha suerte ya que no tenía daños de la tormenta por lo que nuestra casa está disponible para alquiler.
Actualizado, de un solo nivel, abierto 3 habitaciones, 2 baños casa en una tranquila son de pinos de mar. Dormitorio principal con cama king y un baño privado y el dormitorio se abre a una terraza que spands 3/4 de la parte trasera de la casa y da a un patio privado que es perfecto para asar y comer al aire libre. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y un futón doble. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama litera y una cama individual. Hay dos habitaciones familiares, una con un televisor, dos sofás y un sofá cama y la otra una "conversación" habitación con dos grandes sofás, chimenea y claraboyas y esta habitación se abre a la cubierta. La cocina está completamente actualizado con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y hermosos gabinetes de arce. La puerta de entrada, pasillo y dos habitaciones familiares tienen pisos de madera, mientras que la cocina es de baldosas para una fácil limpieza. Las habitaciones están alfombradas, baños de azulejos. Una lavadora y secadora se encuentran en un armario del pasillo para su conveniencia.
La casa es un fácil paseo en bicicleta 1 milla de la playa. Hay senderos para caminar por el bosque detrás de la casa que te llevan a los pinos Bosque Mar preservar. Puede ir en bicicleta a Harbor Town donde hay tiendas, pesca en alta mar y restaurantes. It's been a couple of years since we've traveled back to HHI and my family and I had a great time. The house had everything needed, it was in a great neighborhood and right in the middle of everything we wanted to do.

Perfect Location in Sea Pines

Amazing location in Sea Pines. We biked everywhere including the Beach Club, Harbor Town and the pool. A lot of room for our family of 4. Private backyard with an easy walk to the stables. We could not have enjoyed our time in Sea Pines more!

Second time and still love it!

This house is super clean and comfy. Right next to the stables (free petting zoo, pony/trail rides) and take advantage of the Sea Pines pools, restaurants, beaches esp in Harbour Town and Beach Club. Gated community. Owner is fantastic to work with.

Hilton getaway

The property and home are lovely. Quiet street, close to trails, very well supplied with basics, lots of bikes, beach items to pick from. Comfortable furnishings. Ben was an easy host to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay very much in this lovely island home! Thank you so much!

Great Location!

We used the bikes provided to bike to the beach. We took a trail ride at the stables across the street. Both Coligny Beach and Sea Pines Beach were an easy drive. Good shopping at nearby Harbor Town and Coligny Plaza. House was CLEAN, comfy and had a great floor plan. The kitchen was perfect for family meals and gatherings. Owner was an excellent communicator.

Peaceful and adventurous

We enjoyed the stay here. It was a beautiful little home tucked in the Sea Pines area. This was our first time here in Hilton Head. It's a very nice area, feels like a nice private community. The bike rides to the beach were so sweet. The home was well packed with everything you need. The bedrooms are homey/cozy. The beach was very clean, white sand and felt private and peaceful. We also went to the pool each day, just a short 4-5 min drive away.

Quiet Street in Sea Pines!

After many years of visiting HHI, we really enjoyed being in Sea Pines. The home was lovely and as advertised. The kitchen is well stocked which is a huge plus for us. We loved being able to use the Harbour Town pool which was a bike ride for us. The back deck was fantastic and we got the added benefit of watching the horse riders from Lawton Stables go by every day. We are avid bike riders so we rented bikes. Ben is so responsive and handled the only concern we had very quickly. We would definitely stay again.

A solid 4 stars

Kitchen is well stocked; place is comfortable for a one floor layout. It does have an unfinished basement with bikes and ping pong table. Too many small issues for a 5 rating, but definitely above average. The best feature for us was the small animal farm at Lawton Stables, which is about 1000 feet away. The beach is about a 20 minute walk.

Wonderful Sea Pines property

Very clean house. Lots of room to spread out and just hang out in between activities. Great location where you can get to anything in Sea Pines via bike ride or walking. Ben was very responsive to all of our questions. We loved sitting on the deck behind the house when we would come back to the house in between activities and watch the horse back riding groups come by. At this time of year the outside table would be completely covered every day in residue from all of the surrounding trees. The bikes are probably okay for short occasional trips to the beach, but some have problems, like broken petal, broken kick stand, etc. We wanted to do a lot of biking every day, so we ended up just renting the standard beach cruiser bikes because they are so inexpensive at Hilton Head. Wonderful house and location.

Great location to enjoy Forest Preserve and bike trails.

We had a good time relaxing and enjoying Sea Pines - Forest Preserve, watching the birds, and biking around. The check-in process was almost smooth, except on arrival we noticed the refrigerator was warm showing an error on the front panel. Ben was super prompt in responding, trouble shooted and provided the fix. The refrigerator was functional next morning. We appreciate that prompt help. We were unprepared for the really small master bathroom, it is functional, but definitely small. The photo online is of bathroom 2, which is bigger than Mbath. The sofas in LR are very comfy. Kitchen is well stocked. The non-stick pan has neared EOL. Overall a good experience, we enjoyed Sea Pines being in this house.

All the comforts of home

Staying in this Sea Pines house was wonderful. The first thing I said when we walked in was WOW. It was even nicer than the pictures - a lovely home, not a tacky vacation rental. Every room was comfortable and welcoming. It was great to be able to spread out. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 little ones. The kitchen was so well stocked. If it wasn't already there you didn't need it. In addition there were plenty of bikes, games, and toys. The back deck was especially good for the kids (2 & 5). We enjoyed the grill on many occasions (a very nice grill at that) The location was very central for Sea Pines. Close to Lawton Stables, but a short drive to the lighthouse or one of the beaches. Advice: park at the trolley station and go to the beach or lighthouse from there - very convenient. The owners went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming. We have been to Hilton Head many times and this was the best rental we've ever had. I can recommend it without reservation.

Look no further if you want to stay in Sea Pines

For our second trip to Hilton head Island, we chose to stay in a single-family home instead of a nearby resort or condo. We are very glad we did so. Honestly, this particular listing is a jewel. From the moment I booked the listing, it was very easy and we got exactly what is advertised. Very clean, well appointed, and great communication from the owner. As other reviews have detailed, the property is very clean and well appointed. There are more than enough pots and pans and basic spices if you choose to cook more than once or twice while on vacation here for a week. The house flows very well, with areas for TV watching or for conversation and board games. The location is excellent, next to Lawton stables and very close to the beach and other amenities in Sea Pines. We did not make use of the beach resort or the pool as we stayed here during the winter, but I can imagine that in the summer this would only add to the value of this particular property. You could easily never leave Sea Pines while here for a week, the location is that great and there is so much to do. We hope to stay here again if we come back to HHI.

Great house with lots of room.

This was our third year spending the month of March in Hilton Head, and the first time at this house. House was a great size, even when we had 6 adults for one week. Great well-equipped kitchen and the two living areas were nice. Bedrooms could use a little sprucing up and the master bath was the smallest one in the house. Our major complaint was that there was no mirror in the master bedroom. With the master bath so small, only one person could be in there at a time and there was no mirror in the bedroom for the other person to get ready. A full-length mirror would also be nice. I had to continually walk out on the deck to look at my reflection in the glass doors for a full view. That is the main reason we will not be renting this house again next year. Owners were nice and responsive to our concerns. Also, did not care for Lawton Woods as much as Greenwood Forest where we had stayed the past two years.

Location, location, location

A cozy home located on a quiet culdesac in Sea Pines. Our family of 5 enjoyed the close biking proximity to Harbortown and Salty Dog. Beach access was less than a 10 minute bike ride to a secluded beach area. Many amenities were available including a canopy tent, chairs, bikes, bike trailer, locks, helmets and more. Some of the bikes were in need of repair, but we brought a couple with us and rented 1 other just down the road. The owner was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Thank you for a memorable family vacation.

Amazing value in Sea Pines!

We've been coming to the island since the mid-90's and have stayed all over. We were pleasantly surprised with the value in this property during these crazy expensive times! Ben was communicative and helped to resolve an issue we had with the keyless entry. Would recommend!
