Fantastic Vacation

Our extended family rarely gets the opportunity to share meaningful time together in the same place. This villa gave us the perfect chance to do just that. Right beside the dunes house, steps away from the beach, overlooking the pool, walking distance to the General Store and Big Jims, bike paths galore ... and the list goes on and on. Our family had a great stay at the villa! There was tons of space on 3 levels. It was clean, secure and nicely decorated with a beach theme. Check in was easy. The kitchen was well- stocked, although we didn't really cook because of all the great restaurants nearby. We especially enjoyed the beach, literally a one minute walk away, as well as the bar/restaurant with live music on the patio that was right there as well. We were only there for 3 nights but wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location for a quick getaway!

The Villa provided us ample room and a great location to have a short family vacation at the beach. The Villa included all the needed beach items (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, toys, wagon, etc…) It was also just a short drive to everything HHI has to offer. We highly recommend this property for single family vacations!!!

Villa was wonderful. Top floor spiral stairs a bit too much for elderly but otherwise no problem. Location to beach was great. Host Paul was always available and ready to take care of anything that came up before and during our visit. All in all a great time.

Anything you might need in the kitchen, some beach chairs but we just paid to reserve them on the beach for the week. You can not go wrong. I highly recommend. Richard was amazing to work with. Excellent location, spacious and comfortable townhouse

We just had a great week at this property. You can't beat the location in Palmetto Dunes. It is literally 2 minutes amble to the beach. We took our coffee there every morning. The resort has restaurants, bike rentals, kayak rentals and pickle ball/ tennis courts. We enjoyed them all. We are a family of five and the property is very spacious. Could definitely fit more. The owner was very friendly and offered any help we might need. We had no issues and would highly recommend this rental.

Best beach house!!!

The house is awesome! As soon as you walk in, you have 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each. They are actually really big. And then the living area w kitchen upstairs is perfect for everyone to get together! Best is every room has its own full bathroom!!! Paul is a great host, always available for any questions or concerns. By far the best host!!! The house is like the first house to the pathway to the beach so you can just walk over, with all the beach toys/chair/boogieboards and beach towels that are already provided by the host!!! Easiest way to enjoy the ocean for sure. We loved boogie boarding and the tide pool that forms in the late morning. Lots of hermit crabs and starfish to look at. We had a blast and look forward to going back!

Hilton Head Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this Hilton Head Island property, which is in a terrific location. While spacious and meeting all the basic needs, the property is older and could use a facelift. The owner, Paul, was very easy to contact and tried his best to be helpful. However, the cleanliness of the property was not what we had hoped for. Perhaps there is a limitation on Cleaning Services in HH, but the ones who are being used could stand to up their game considerably. We shared our concerns with the owner, and he was apologetic and very accommodating. We would certainly stay here again, but we would want to have a much better job of cleaning done before we arrived. All things considered, however, a pleasant stay at a nice property.

Termites and TV not working

The place was not updated at all - covered in termites and one of the TVs did not work. The two spiral staircases were also extremely dangerous. We also had no view of the ocean at all and the beach was covered with straw and overcrowded.

Perfect Oceanfront Rental

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful spacious rental. I can’t say enough good things about this property. It is located steps away from the beach, the furnishings are nice, the house is stocked with everything you need for a “like home experience”and a beautiful balcony with a clear view of the swimming pool. The property is located steps away from the pool, a onsite restaurant and the property is located in Palmetto Dunes which has so many amenities. The pictures are nice but expect to still be surprised when you actually arrive. Another perk was the rental has 2 designated parking spaces and trust me this was very helpful. This property provides easy access to a variety of tourist spots, restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. I am a FAN of the host-Paul! He sent me a warm welcoming email and he was very engaged in making sure we enjoyed our stay at his property. If I had questions he was super responsive. If your going to Hilton Head you must stay at this property!

Exceptional location for beach access, pool, General Store, and the bike path. The pool and the balcony were peaceful. We enjoyed many trips to Shelter Cove and put a lot of miles on the bike path. Our family with 4 teens loved it!

Beach Vibe

Great place to getaway from winter! Beach Villa 13 has a light and airy beach vibe feel. There are stairs to navigate, but being spread over 3 stories it’s nice to have the main bedrooms away from the great room and kitchen.
