Family Time at Sea Pines

Our favorite spot in Sea Pines, Port Villas did not disappoint. This property is exactly as described, and comfortably accommodated we 6 adults. We never tired of watching the wildlife in the lagoon, heading to the marina or the short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Great spot

Main level was recently renovated. Facilities were clean and well stocked with essentials. 5 minute walk to the beach and salty dog cafe. Would stay here again.

Great stay!

The condo was excellent. The only suggestion is to have some beach chairs available for guests to use. It was one of the best we’ve stayed in at Sea Pines - very well appointed. Thanks.

Amazing!!

We couldn’t have been happier with this rental! Gorgeous, peaceful location and impeccably clean townhome. Fully stocked kitchen. So many little details that made us feel like we were at home! Great sunrise views from the patio and balcony and even the occasional dolphin sightings! We loved it so much we already booked our next stay!!!

The best location!!!

This property was perfect for our family. Very pet friendly and a close walk to the beach and the marina for drinks at the Salty Dog. Everyone had their own space, which was amazing. The views of the marsh were lovely with birds, bats, sunsets and even an occasional (not too close) gator. If you have pets there is an amazing side yard space to walk them away from traffic. Really cannot recommend this property enough and we will definitely stay again if it is available.

Memorable Family Vacation

Three generations spent a week at this wonderful home. Location is fantastic - walk to the pool, the beach, tennis courts or the Salty Dog Cafe…just a short ride to the bike path. The house was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Loved sitting outside looking at the lagoon and beautiful sunrises. Thanks to the property manager for answering all of our questions!

Wonderful Vacation

This is our second visit to this home. We really like the location, close to the beach, Salty Dog, General Store, pickleball courts, kayak/bike rental and the pool. So many things to do for our three generation family. The home is well equipped and has lots of space for everyone in our family to spread out. And we love the renovations - kitchen looks great and is roomy enough to accommodate more of us cooking together! Everything was clean and ready for our arrival and communication with the host was easy. Looking forward to coming back next summer!

Sout Beach Townhouse

We loved the property at 1616 Port Villa. This was our second time at the location. Our only concern in the future is that the neighborhood pool at the Marina next door is no longer available. :( We may have to change our accommodations because we really like to have pool access.

Great place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is great and the view of the lagoon in backyard was beautiful. The boys enjoyed fishing while we watched from the patio. A lot of attention to detail was appreciated and the unit is very well equipped. The upstairs bunk room was not as adult friendly as we had hoped (our fault) but would be a great spot for younger kids, but we made it work. The unit was a bit hot at night but the rooms were equipped with extra fans which helped a lot. The whole place has been updated and is absolutely beautiful, complete with new appliances. We would definitely stay here again!

Quiet and convenient

Our family of seven (& dog) stayed here comfortably. We all enjoyed the space and roominess of this condo. Views of the bay, a 1-2 min walk to Salty Dogs, General store for last minute items, tennis courts, bike rental and a few other shops. We walked to the beach everyday maybe 5 minute easy walk. Beach area was never to busy at pier 11. Condo well stocked in kitchen. Only suggestion needs more than one dish towel, otherwise great place, location and clean dog friendly condo. Would rent here again thanks so much we love it.

Amazing place to stay in HHI!

1616 Port Villa was perfect for our group of 8! Two families and two dogs had plenty of room in this 4 bedroom home. It was super clean and close to everything (within walking distance of the beach and Salty Dog!). Host2Coast was an excellent rental agency to work with and everything was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped to stay in and cook, and I loved how they provided soap, cleaning supplies, and starter packs (really, just enough for the week!) of dishwashing tabs and detergent. I would stay again and again! The teens loved that they could walk to get ice cream at night at Salty Dog, and they also loved fishing right behind the condo! Five stars! I totally recommend!

The home was thoughtfully designed with great common space for cooking and watching movies or playing games, but also had nice sized bedrooms for quiet time and reading. As an inter generational group of 7, we appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom (the top two bedrooms share a bath). The location is amazing—a 5 minute walk to the beach and the restaurants, a general store etc were even closer. We saw some amazing sunrises over the water while having coffee on the patio. And the owner/host2coast were great to work with. They responded quickly when we had an issue with trash pickup and gave great suggestions on things to do on the island. We would definitely come back!

Location...location...LOCATION!

Right on Braddock Cove for fishing, paddle boarding, etc. just a short walk to The Salty Dog and South Beach Marina. Tennis just out the door! Interior of the villa was clean and well furnished. The only exception was the third floor bed is in great need of new mattresses. We are planning on booking it for our winter stay!

Great southbeach villa close to beach and Salty dog

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staffing at host2coast was wonderful and very helpful. They stayed in communication with updates on pertinent info prior to arrival and checked in during stay to make sure we didn't need anything. The villa was clean and accommodated 5 adults and a teenager well. South Beach within walking distance, pool,tennis courts across and Salty dog right across parking lot. Wasn't able to hear neighbors and they stated they couldn't hear us either. Host2coast was a good company to work with for our vacation and would highly recommend them. Side note it does have 2 box fans in closet, but wasn't always necessary as was pretty comfortable up there.
