This was an excellent property. House was clean and had essentials. Path right next to the house was an easy walk to the beach and the pool in the back was great. We truly enjoyed this property!

Great family vacation house.

We all had such a wonderful vacation. The house was beautiful and met all of our needs. And the Island time staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Enjoyed our stay!

Was a large open floorplan house with plenty of bedrooms for 3 families. Loved the pool and short walk down the path to the beach. Within SeaPines which allowed us easy bike riding to the lighthouse or restaurants.

Family beach trip

We rented this property for a quick get away and absolutely loved the property. The management company was very attentive and quick to respond. The house was beautiful and had a great location.

Beach getaway

Beautiful, newly renovated home with plenty of space for our crew. Great pool and beach access. Management company very helpful and redoing dive. Wouks stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was perfect. Close to the beach and bike distance to most things. Having the pool heater is highly recommend this time of year, March. Although, get expensive to do that. Price gouge for sure. The property was mostly kept up. There was an old table in the lawn that was broken, someone said they were coming to get it but no one did. So it took up more backyard space that was unnecessary. Overall, great spot

Everything about the house was great! We had so much room and the pool was wonderful. We were also only a 2 minute walk from the beach. One thing we didn’t know we needed, but was a great add- on were the refrigerators in the garage. With so many people, the extra space was nice to have!

Great beach house!

Very nice house. Updated and well stocked. Great location near the Sea Pines Beach Club and steps away from the beach on a path directly behind the house. Most highly recommended!

Great winter get away

The location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach. The house was clean and updated. The property manager was receptive and attentive when an issue arose and was resolved quickly. We would stay here again! Thanks for a great winter get-away!!

Respite away from home

What a wonderful home! This was the perfect location for a family vacation- lots of space for kids and adults. Every time we had a question or concern, management either answered or came by to make sure we were happy. Definitely would recommend! It was especially nice that we didn't have to get in the car or even cross any streets to get to the beach.

Fun summer family trip

This house was great for our group of 10. Kids loved the “secret room” with bunks and we had plenty of space. Kitchen was well-supplied and the starting toiletries kits were nice to have. Pool was a big hit and the beach was very close. Parking passes were a hassle to figure out. Check-out was easy.

Perfect Family Beach Vacation

We stayed here for the week of 4th of July with 2 of our kids and their families. I can't say enough about this house. It was just perfect for us. The house has an open floor plan which was perfect for our group. The bedrooms were great. Plenty of towels for the bath and pool. The outside pool area was great for our grandchildren. The house is a very short walk to the beach! The bike path was right outside the house. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans etc... Honestly, it was just a perfect week in a perfect house. Already hoping to stay here again soon!

The home was in terrific condition and centrally located to many things we like to do including Celebration Park and Harbor Town. 2 min drive to Sea Pines Resort for food and golf as well. Plenty of space for our family of 5 to be together or find some be away from the family. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware and the pool was a bit with the kids.

The service from the management company was excellent and a few minor issues were attended to satisfactorily. I believe you cannot go wrong renting this property. We plan on returning

Plenty of space for our family and several guests to stretch and find their own areas to read, play games and catch up with one another.Pool was good size and heated. Only thing to mention is that it gets deep (4"+) very quickly so please keep a watchful eye on any young kids.Vacation rental company was top notch and followed up on items throughout the week. Would recommend property all around!
