The Space:

Perched on the top floor of Hilton Head Beach and Tennis, this end-unit condo puts you right where summer belongs - steps from the shore, surrounded by lagoon views, and within reach of everything that makes Hilton Head a favorite for families and coastal escapes alike.



Living space

The fully remodeled interior carries a breezy, nautical feel throughout - no carpet anywhere, just clean, open living that's easy on the eyes and effortless to settle into. The spacious living area is set up for relaxing, with a TV and comfortable seating for the whole group. When you're ready to eat in, the fully equipped kitchen and formal dining area have everything you need. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, and a full set of dishes and silverware. A dedicated workspace is also available for anyone who needs to catch up on a few things.



Sleeping arrangements

Two nautical-themed bedrooms sleep up to six guests comfortably. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, and Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a twin bunk bed - a setup that works well for families traveling with kids. Bed linens, towels, and essentials are all provided.



Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms include a bathtub, hair dryer, hot water, and cleaning products. Note that shampoo is not provided, so pack your own.



Balcony & outdoor

Step out onto your private balcony and take in the lagoon views - unobstructed, thanks to the end-unit position. Outdoor furniture is set up so you can enjoy the view with a morning coffee or wind down at the end of the day.



Resort amenities

As a guest, you'll have access to resort facilities, including what is described as the largest shared pool on the island, tennis courts, and beach access just steps from the property. A gym is also available on site.



In-unit laundry

One of the rare perks of this particular unit is the private in-unit washer and dryer - one of the only condos at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis to have this. No trips to a laundromat needed, though one is also nearby.



Location

The Folly Field area puts you close to natural beaches, biking trails, and a range of family-friendly activities. Shelter Cove Marina, Folly Field Beach Park, and Harbour Town Lighthouse are all nearby. Golfers will find world-class courses within easy reach of the property.

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.
