This COMPLETEY RENOVATED fifth floor oceanfront villa has left no details to spare with expansive views of the ocean and pool from the living room and master bedroom. This gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line cabinets, recycled glass counter cops, glass backsplash, brand new stainless steel appliances with a bar comfortably seating two that overlooks the dining and living room area. The dining room which seats four, is conveniently located just off the kitchen. The living room has a new queen sleeper sofa, armchair and swivel chair, 55-inch smart TV, and a sliding glass door that opens to a relaxing oceanfront balcony.

The master bedroom has king bed, TV, and access to the same oceanfront balcony just off the living room. The private master bath has a custom shower/tub combo featuring grab bars and built-in niche.

Perfect Condo for Couple

We love this condo. It’s been our 4th year and it is perfect for us. The 5th floor unit provides for a beautiful ocean view over the trees. The orange sunrises are spectacular.
