Condominio espacioso completamente remodelado con plano de planta abierto, decorado con buen gusto. Ubicado en Oceanwalk, al otro lado de la calle de BEST BEACH ON HILTON HEAD ISLAND. Justo al final de la calle de la famosa Coligny Plaza, con excelentes tiendas, restaurantes y todas sus necesidades de comestibles. Gran piscina al aire libre con terraza y pabellón cubierto, piscina cubierta climatizada y jacuzzi relajante dentro de la gran área del atrio. Uno de los pocos complejos con piscinas cubiertas y al aire libre.

Ingrese a la nueva cocina totalmente equipada para preparar todas sus comidas favoritas. Todos los electrodomésticos y muebles nuevos. Dormitorio principal con cama queen size y colchón con cubierta tipo almohada europea y mucho espacio de almacenamiento, amplio baño completo y cómodo sofá cama queen size en la sala de estar con colchón de espuma viscoelástica, tiene capacidad para cuatro personas cómodamente. Después de un día divertido en la playa o la piscina, relájese en una de las mecedoras en el balcón del segundo piso para tomar el aire nocturno. Muchos excelentes senderos para caminar y andar en bicicleta, por lo que incluimos dos bicicletas de playa con su paquete, junto con tablas de surf y sillas de playa, todo GRATIS para disfrutar mientras se hospeda aquí. Canchas de tenis en el lugar, muchos desafiantes campos de golf en la isla y numerosas actividades acuáticas a pocos minutos de esta excelente ubicación, sin mencionar todos los excelentes restaurantes y lugares de entretenimiento. Edificio para no fumadores, estacionamiento en la calle con dos ascensores para su conveniencia. Lo sentimos, no se permiten mascotas.

Short stay with the kids

While the hallways of the property give you pause when you first walk in, once you get in the door of the unit you begin to feel much better. The unit was clean and had the standard features for a beach rental. We found the kitchen items useful for preparing our meals. There is the big public beach within a short drive, or a more secluded beach slightly across the street to the right.

Great Location

This condo was perfect for our needs. Very clean, very comfortable and well appointed for our stay. The location was excellent. About a 5 minute walk to the beach, about 3 blocks to Coligny Plaza, shopping and restaurants. Bike rentals were nearby as well.

Great weekend stay

We enjoyed our weekend stay. The condo was close to so much and was the perfect little spot. It had everything we needed. Joe and Joyce left notes about their favorite places to eat etc which was very helpful. I would stay here again!

Great condo

This condo has obviously been updated and the owners did a great job! Very clean and comfortable. Has an indoor and outdoor pool. Easy check in and check out, good restaurant recommendations and great communication with owner. Easy walk to beach, close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

The room and amenities were excellent! Very clean and decorated lovely, true to the photos. Actually much roomier than we thought! Host responded quickly and helped us navigate a simple issue. We were within easy walking distance to the beach, shopping, and various restaurants. The beach chairs provided were great and much appreciated! Note: The indoor pool and hot tub were in frequent use by other guests with kids, but that is to be expected during high tourist season. Nonetheless, it was a wonderful stay and we highly recommend to others who want to vacation in the area!

Spring Break 2023

Great stay, a few things like water shutoffs on two days, power shut off for a few hours causing cable to go out, but worked with owner and cable company to get the cable working again! Would stay again, but would like bikes included with the condo for convenience of biking the island.

Very Nice Rental/Close to Coligny Plaza

The condo is very nice. The washer and dryer have been upgraded to full size appliances. All other photos are accurate. The condo is comfortable and centrally located. You can walk to Coligny Plaza, restaurants, shops and the beach. (We enjoyed the beach chairs that were provided!) Joyce provided easy to understand instructions on check-in along with good restaurant suggestions and things to do. Joe was very timely on getting back with us when we reached out. We had a great time at HHI.

Island Escape

We loved the condo. It is very clean and comfortable. Very close to Coligny Park and Beach. Only minutes away from all the attractions on HHI. The indoor and outdoors pools were great amenities to have. I highly recommend this condo. The hosts were great communicators!!

convenient to great beach

we really liked the condo. There was confusion about the property parking pass, but the Stayanchis clarified that for us so that the next tenants wont discard the paper pass wqhich was supposed to stay in the unit. Other than that, the kitchen was complete and the furnishings were very nice.

We love the property. The condo was great, pool area very nice and clean. We jus weren't wild about the walk to the beach. Overall, though, a great place.

Over exaggerated property listing

To begin, the indoor heated pool and hot tub sound like a cool idea until you step inside the main entrance of the condo and are overwhelmed by the immense humidity. Neither the pool nor the hot tub were enclosed and the heat from them created basically a sauna in the entire front entrance and through the halls of the condo making it extremely miserable to walk through and carry luggage through. Once arriving to our room, the room was pretty disgusting and looked as if it had not been cleaned in quite some time. Quite a bit of dirt, sand and food crumbs were left on the tile flooring around the kitchen and the door way. There was sand all over the counter tops that in the kitchen, sand and head hair and “other hairs” all over the bathroom which was absolutely disgusting. The sheets on the bed smelled terrible and we ended up washing them before we even slept on the bed. The listing said that the bed was a pillow top mattress and that could not have been further from the truth. By far the hardest most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on and had there been sheets on the pull out couch bed, we would have slept on it instead. The walk to the beach was also over exaggerated. Listing said it was a minute walk to the beach, multiply that by ten. And finding the public entrance to the beach wasn’t easy. They also stated that there were no pets allowed in the condo due to HOA rules, pretty sure this was a lie as there were at least a dozen or more people staying in this condo with their dogs. Which sucks because our dogs are more well mannered than most peoples kids and are very well trained. We consider our dogs our family and had to leave them behind and pay people to come to our house to take care of them while we were gone. Would have been great to have them with us. As for the overall area of Hilton Head, it was pretty but we probably won’t be going back. Way more touristy than what we were looking for. Driving to a place 30 miles away takes 3 times as long as it should, prices are about 35-50% higher than in similar places I have stayed in like Florida. I’m a nutshell. The room what what we needed, but it was WAY WAY WAY over exaggerated in how it was described. The bed had to have come from a Flintstones estate sale and the indoor pool and hot tub made the entire building a giant sauna and not in an enjoyable way.
