Great location, property was clean and had everything they said it would. Very convenient to many of the Sea Pines amenities and restaurants. The view was amazing and the owner/mgmt was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Family vacation

First trip as a family of 4 to the beach and the views and experience could not have been better. Convenient parking, walking distance to restaurants, and the view was beautiful.

Easy to check in, parking very convenient. The condo is comfortable and so convenient being right on the harbor, walking distance to restaurants and Lighthouse. The beds were not comfortable for those who don’t like “soft” beds, but I understand they are replacing the beds before the next guest arrives. Only one problem with Itrip communication we added an additional day to our trip and was locked out for a bit on the last day. It was straightened out but disappointing communication was not better on that issue.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ketch The Sunset. The unit was beautiful and clean, and spacious enough for our group of 6. The location at Harbour Town is fantastic, as you are just steps from shopping and dining. Our days began and ended on the balcony, the sunsets never disappointed! We would definitely stay here again!!!

Wonderful Stay at Ketch

Our four night stay was delightful - convenient to Harbour Town, extremely peaceful, and provides sense of safety. Interior is spacious and nicely furnished. Balcony with view is a great place to relax. Will consider staying here again.

Great condo for the four of us. Beautiful view of the lighthouse. We walked a very short walk to restaurants and shops. Very comfortable five days.

Excellent stay

We had a wonderful family vacation, everything was so organized and if I did have questions I needed to just pick up the phone and ask, all my questions were answered. The shuttle was great to take to the beach. She don't need to drive food was delicious in our condo was Wonderful with a beautiful view.

Well equipped unit, nice decor, comfy beds and good sized showers. The view of the yacht basin and sunsets from the balcony were amazing. Highly recommend this property.

Ketch Sunset

The unit supplied everything that was expected. It was clean and beautifully decorated. Check-in was a breeze. The only issues we had were the heating in the bedrooms and the beds. The foam toppers were uncomfortable and created a heated sleeping space. Even with the heat turned down at night, the bedrooms got too warm.
