Great ocean view in wonderful resort

Condo is very clean and kitchen is well equipped. The view is outstanding and the resort offers lots of amenities. The only downside is the very uncomfortable living room seating. Note the bunk beds only fit smaller kids.

Wonderful stay

Our first stay in Hilton Head this place was fantastic. It was in a great location, close to everything! The condo was very clean and fully equipped for our needs with 2 small children. Our kids couldn't stop talking about the bunk beds!! Just a walk down the boardwalk you are right on the beach which made it super easy to catch the sunrise every morning of our stay. Overall, we were very pleased and would stay here again.

Great location... near beach, not far from everything. Loved the on site restaurant and pool. Great unit. Only issue was it is ocean front 3rd floor. Elevator is on the opposite end of the building. These 60+ yr old knees couldn't handle it.

Great vacation!

The place was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The kids loved the bunk beds and the view is outstanding. This is our second time here at this unit. The kitchen was fully stocked. Will be booking again. :)

Very clean, great view and location. The oven and stove are pretty awful, the stove top will warm things up but won’t actually cook.The oven gets warm but again doesn’t actually bake anything, took 1 hour for a frozen pizza and oven set to 450 degrees.

Really enjoyed the location. The view from the condo was beautiful. We enjoyed the beach and there was a nice walkway that provided easy access to the beach. We didn’t get a chance to use the pools as there were storms every evening. The condo is small so I wouldn’t recommend for more than 2 people unless the kids sleeping in the bunk beds are very small. The living room furniture was very worn out but the kitchen table was fine. The kitchen was well-equipped. The front desk check-in staff was not friendly, but fortunately we didn’t need to interact with them after check-in.

Golf vacation

It was a mixed bag of good and bad. Place was very clean and organized. The couch and chair in the living space were both broken. So, getting comfortable in the evenings was tough. We did blow a circuit breaker after hours and the owner, and support team got us up and running in very reasonable amount of time. Otherwise the room was very nice.

We had no stove/oven for 2 weeks. The unit had a property manager- who referred us to the cleaning team when we noticed we had a problem. The cleaning team kept saying they were only the cleaners and could not help. The property manager was useless. The cleaners ended up giving us the owner's cell phone. This was 2 days into the rental- and much back and forth via VRBO and the cleaning company. The owner was pleasant- but really did not want to bother with this. The maintenance company was called from the resort- who confirmed the stove/oven did not work. On Friday- (we got there on Sunday) - in desperation, I asked the owner to get us a toaster oven. We went and got one, and he reimbursed us. Told us no one could come until the next week. We never heard back. One of the reasons we like VRBO is having a place with a kitchen so that we can cook our own food. We have food allergies, and it is can be tricky to find things we can eat. That being said- the view was nice. But there were several little things about the place that we did not like. No dresser to put away our clothes. No closet. The bathroom door did not fully open. We learned a valuable lesson- we will only ever rent from the owners themselves- not one run by a management company. Evolve was the worst.

Unit has a beautiful view but is very small. Furnishings and appliances are basic. Host failed to contact front office regarding our visit so it was a hassle to get in. No instructions for door lock.

Awesome view! Loved Sunrise on the Patio!

Our stay was relaxing despite the hurricane Idalia. Condo was perfect size for us, right on the beach, close to stores and many places to eat. The bed in BR was comfortable slept good. Would suggest updating the sofa and chair though in LR. Sofa couldn’t lay on nor did it recline. Unfortunately they were not comfortable to sit on when we couldn’t get to the beach or sit on the patio. We would book this condo again if an update to furniture was done. Thanks

Excellent location but property needed some maintenance. Paint peeling of bathroom wall. Refrigerator not cool enough but property manager brought a mini fridge right away. Cushions on outside chairs worn and torn.
