Enjoyable stay

Very enjoyable stay. Slight problem with the first keycodes we were given but the management company were quick to reply and got us into the unit.

Independence Day @ Hilton Head

We had a great time at the beach, playing golf, shopping and dining. Very convenient to all.

Property was clean and orderly. Any problems we had were quickly addressed by the property manager.

Great experience at this property. If we visit HHI again we will look into renting this place again.

Great place!!

My husband and I love the fall in hilton Head and always stay in the Evian. This unit was so nice. We had many nights on the porch watching all the wild life. I would certainly stay here again!

Perfect!

We could not have enjoyed our stay more. This was the nicest property we’ve ever stayed at. Great location, well appointed, beautifully decorated, and sparkling clean. We would definitely return!

Great Week

The property was perfect with all the amenities you need. Everything was very clean and taken care of. This is the second time we stayed at this property because last year we enjoyed our stay so much.

Wonderful vacation. The property was beautiful. Excellent location with great patio and views of th.

Smooth process from booking to checkout. We had a bit of trouble figuring how to use the tv(we are tech challenged) but the rental agency had someone over right away and no problems afterwards.

Perfect for our Family of Four

Wonderful condo that was perfect for our family of four. Great location with all the right amenities. There was an issue with the door code when we arrived but the problem was fixed right away with a very timely response. We would happily stay again on a future trip!

My wife and I recently spent two glorious weeks at this beautiful Evian home. It is extremely well appointed and the photographs do it justice. We will have no hesitation to rent again on a future visit to Hilton Head.

Great Week

The condo is exactly as pictured. It was perfect, clean and updated. It had all the amenities you could think of and in a beautiful location. We had a great stay and plan on staying there again in the future.

We stayed here with another couple in October 2012. We found the villa to be very comfortable, modern and well furnished. The setting was peaceful and views from the back patio of the golf course and the water were beautiful. We highly recommend this villa and will be back.

A spectacular experience

My wife and I stayed at this location for a full week. The entire process was very smooth without any hiccups. The property was very clean and well maintained. Everything was perfect just as described. We will definitely be booking our vacation for next summer at this location. It was a perfect spot for us.

State Tennis Tournament

We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful villa. We didn’t have any problems whatsoever. Mark was very responsive to any questions prior to our stay & thankfully we didn’t have any need or question during our stay. We really enjoyed chilling on the deck watching the birds, alligators & turtles. We hope we can stay here again in the future!

Great stay in beautiful unit

This unit is well equipped with everything you could think of. Great views of golf and lagoon out back. Close to everything and quiet. Would definitely stay here again! appreciated the beach pass and welcome bag. Thank you! One quick little maintenance item is that the hall bathroom shower doesn’t drain well - but I’m sure that’s a quick fix!

The villa was close to many places but nothing really within walking distance. The pathways and roads were nice to walk and tennis and pickle ball courts were nearby.When we arrived the door code didn’t work but a phone call to the office resolved the situation quickly. The villa was tastefully decorated, clean and more than ample for the two of us. The furniture and the primary King bed were all very comfortable. (We didn’t use the second bedroom but the beds seemed new and the room was more than large enough for two). Closets were large in both rooms.The kitchen is well kitted out with all the cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes etc. that we needed. Even a blender and choice of keurig or drip coffee maker.We had an issue with the in-sink disposal but was resolved really quickly by maintenance.The only cons were that the back patio could use a clean. Cobwebs and debris were everywhere and couldn’t sit out there until we did a thorough wipe down. The only other issue was in the primary bath. After a week mould was evident in the grout and by end of week two it was in most of the grout on the lower level of the shower. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental is in a great location, close to beach, golf, and restaurants. Master bathroom shower had mold growing in it, but felt like it just needed to be cleaned. The rest of the condo was fantastic.

Loved this condo

We just returned from a wonderful week at 182 Evian Way in Shipyard. The condo was in a great location with all the comforts of home. The unit was tastefully decorated, very clean and the furniture was extremely comfortable, including the beds! We also enjoyed the renovated kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need and more! We particularly loved the first floor unit without having to deal with steps and spent mornings and evenings enjoying the patio, and beautiful view. We look forward to another vacation at 182 Evian Way.

Fantastic, had everything and more

We are super satisfied with our stay at this property. Everything was super clean and super well kept. You can tell the condo was taken care of. It even had beach chairs, umbrellas and a lot of children's toys for the beach which was not listed as features. Great quality laundry and drier with enough supplies for washing and plenty of towels. Especially the overall cleanliness made us enjoy our stay. Nice touches with a small welcome surprise and even fresh flowers when we arrived. Would definitely book again - thank you Host2Coast

Awesome week in HH!

Well HHI vacation 2018 is in the books. We had a wonderful vacation with family friends. We loved the Location of this Evian Villa. It was so close to the beach. The pics on vrbo are accurate and it’s a lovely villa. The kitchen was well stocked and perfect for large group of people. Lots of space to sit and entertain including the patio. The remodeled bathrooms were beautiful. And we saw lots of gators that rested on the banks in the back yard of the villa. The restaurants nearby were amazing. Thanks for putting together the book of recommendations on the desk. We loved the college kids in the shuttle golf cart. We parked every day at the overflow parking next to Port a Call side street. Kept our vehicle from getting dinged. They were prompt and friendly and made it enjoyable. And the best thing of all .... the beach locker ROCKED!!! We could leave our stuff in there every day was fabulous. Overall we had a wonderful vacation and can’t wait to return in 2019. Mark thanks so much for being prompt answering questions for me.

Weekend getaway

The property was incredibly clean and provided a lot more supplies than we usually see! Kitchen and bathrooms all came supplied with Method soap and dishsoap. And we loved getting to try Drops dishwasher and laundry pods. Looking into starting to use them at home, they were great! Storm Elsa came thru the day before we arrived and created a mess on the island but our place was still ready by our 4:00 check in. Only complaints was communication thru the app didn’t seem to work and I never did get any of the emails before our arrival that they said we would (and I did look thru my junk folder for them as well). Thankfully the app did have all the check-in details we needed, so we didn’t worry about it. The TV’s were confusing and we tried to email thru the app to learn how to work them but nobody ever got back to us. App is a great idea, just not sure it’s fully working as it should. Hope to be back and maybe try another property to see other parts of the island.
