If you need an ocean front house for 32 people, this is a good choice. It has the bedding listed and the main floor easily holds everyone in different areas, yet all in the same general space. The kitchen appliances (2 fridges, 2 dishwasher, stovetop and oven) worked fine and I believe at least one of the icemakers did as well. Also, TV’s worked fine. However, there were issues. First was that the A/C on half the main floor didn’t work from Sat – Tues. It was fixed at that time, but the temperature in the main living area, kitchen and 1 BR was 80. (See pix). Next, and I can’t blame this entirely on the house, but the backyard flooded when it rained, and the path to the beach was flooded the entire trip. It was pretty gross and smelly. (See pix). I spoke with management about this and they said they were pumping but there was no more they could do because of the weather. (Suggestion – build a raised path like the neighbors had.)The pool and back area had a ton of those pine needles on/in it when we arrived, but that may have been from the rain. Finally, the house is nice but the finishes are wearing badly. We had a kitchen garbage can front panel just fall off and many BR doors are very sticky – along with similar issues with shower doors that didn’t work. These last things didn’t have too much of an effect on our stay, but the house could use upgrades / replacements. Lots of consumer grade stuff that is wearing out and with a very high weekly price, people expect more.
