With the addition of a pool in 2024, this home now beams with updates throughout - adding to our collection of upscale homes in the Sea Pines Resort, perfect for your next island trip. The living room showcases numerous views of the lagoon and a deck perfect for morning coffee, where you can listen to the birds or evening spirits as you take in the island air.

**Coming in Spring 2025: A 4th bedroom with a queen bedroom with an adjoining bathroom, a new updated outdoor living space, and an extended deck to continue enjoying the beautiful lagoon view! New photos are live of 4th bedroom and bathroom.

Nice place, spacious, quiet location. Good airconditioning and ceiling fans. We enjoyed the private pool and the grill. Comfy master bed, other beds were a bit firm. Dishwasher did not clean very well, maybe filter should be cleaned? We missed sun loungers at the pool. Too much ‘clutter’ in the house to our taste; lots of old blankets and pillows, too much decoration. Other than that, a comfy house for a week at the beach.

Beautiful home, perfect fit!

This was the perfect property for our family. The home was well-equipped, the Vacation Company did an amazing job branding and providing anything we might need to fill a gap. The only thing I would request is telling folks where the public beach access is. For those who haven’t stayed in Sea Pines before, like us, it wasn’t obvious. Otherwise A+++.

Amazing Property!

We had an amazing time at 7 Cannon Row! Extremely thoughtful host and a comfy, accommodating property both inside and out. Porch was lovely and pool deck was incredible! Short walk to the beach and great location. Will definitely return!
