1834 Beachside is a pleasant two bedroom, two bath villa with wonderful views of the Calibogue Sound from all rooms. Located on the third floor, and just steps to the beach, this newly repainted villa has neutral colors and coastal accents.

There are terra cotta tiles in the foyer, hall, and kitchen while the rest of the villa is carpeted. The full-sized washer and dryer is to the right of the entrance in the hall closet. At the end of this hall is a guest bedroom with two twin beds, a 22” TV, beautiful Sound views and a sliding door that opens to a covered balcony that has three chairs. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower combo.

To the left of the entrance is the second bedroom with a king bed, two chairs, a 32” TV and sliding doors that open to a covered balcony that wraps around in front of the living room. There is a round table that seats four. Guests will enjoy sitting out on the balcony basking in the sun or watching dolphins playing in the water.
Straight in front of the entrance is the kitchen, dining room and living room. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove and a cut through window that opens to the dining room and living room. The dining room table seats four and has a floor to ceiling mirror as an accent wall. The living room has an off-white sectional and 40” TV. There are lots of windows to let in the sunlight and provide guests with views of the Calibogue Sound. The sliding door opens to the wraparound balcony.

There is a gorgeous grass yard with lush tropical landscaping and beautiful pine trees that surround the property. A large beachside swimming pool and grilling area are available to guests, along with easy access to the beach. Located in the highly desirable South Beach Marina area, this villa is just a short walk to the famous Salty Dog Café, shopping, dining, boating, and nightly entertainment. Perfect for a week`s vacation or a quick getaway weekend, guests will be sure to revel in the breath-taking sunsets and peaceful setting of Beachside Tennis Villas.
