Fantastic experience!

Wonderful location on Burkes Beach. Home is well laid out, located close to the beach. Very modern and clean on the inside and great spaces on the outside. Pool is situated in a great location and is quite large. We had a minor issue, that is not worth mentioning...the only reason I do is to inform all that Vacation Homes is very accommodating and quick to respond. Before we arrived we noticed that the home did not have a griddle. We planned on bringing our own, but Vacation Homes contacted the owner, who approved the purchase of one, so we did not have to bring our own...that is what a good management company and owner do! We will DEFINITELY rent this home again.

Great house

This was a great house for our family of 12. The pool is excellent and has a large area to play cornhole next to the pool. The area near to the pool has two refrigerators and a second grill. The house has many updates and is decorated beautifully.

Highlight of our trip!

We stayed here in July with 3 other families (17 people total). The house was absolutely amazing. The kids were in the pool every day. The room set up was perfect. The kitchen was spacious and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The distance to the beach is perfect - just a 5 minute (or less) walk. We took advantage of some of the discounts offered for local activities. The house was the highlight of our stay!

Best vacation ever

We stayed in this beautiful house for a week in March. There were 6 adults. So much space. Beautiful pool, hot tub. The sunshine hit the yard perfectly to warm us up during colder days. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms beautifully decorated and the kitchen well appointed. We cooked most nights. Kate was always ready to supply anything we may have needed. Only 2 blocks from the beach on a quiet road. Highly recommend this home.

1 barrier beach cove

The property and location were fantastic; we enjoyed our time and will be planning to come back and stay in the same area; Check in was not good; property was not ready at 5pm which certainly delayed the whole group from getting into the house; the pool was also being cleaned and we could not used it for two hours after we finally got into the house; the house was still being cleaned until 6pm, we were stuck waiting outside the house

Excellent

First time leaving feedback on anything. The unit was so clean, and the service calls were so quick, I felt I needed to compliment the team at Vacation Homes of Hilton Head. Online description and photos were just as advertised. In addition to the pool, there were plenty of home activities for the kiddos. The elevator made moving luggage and groceries in a breeze. Can't wait to get back. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Perfect Location Immaculate Home

Location mid island beach 4 min walk away. Easy access to all restaurants. Home - immaculate clean, beautifully decorated and so many amenities, awesome pool area, putting green, game room, outdoor sitting areas. Everyday enjoyed sitting on front porch in the late afternoon with a nice breeze. Teenagers traveling with us had plenty to do. Almost don't want to give it such a good review (afraid it will book out) but it is well deserved. Will be booking again for sure. Stayed many times on HHI and realized you do not need to be in a plantation all the time. Easy in and out no gate hassle and safe location.

Incredible Birthday Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home could not have been more perfect. Truly a 5 star resort type stay. The bedrooms were quite large and the beds very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, ping pong, and the kitchen island the most. We had a chef come in to prepare a dinner and there was plenty of room for her to make it a fine dining experience that none of us will forget. We were within a 5-10 minute drive to all the golf courses and the beach is just steps away. Could not have been happier with this home to celebrate a 60th birthday.

The home is beautiful and description was accurate. It was concerning when we arrived and door code for front door was not working, and we were unable to reach anyone on Saturday during check-in leading to a delay in accessing the home. The pool did not appear to have been cleaned on arrival and though we paid extra to have the pool & spa both heated the heat was not working and there was no response via the app tool or the calls the the office on Saturday or Sunday. On Monday, I finally got a return call after sending another message and was told that they would put a work request into have the pool Comosny come out to look. When I asked about a refund on the heat, they said they would see what the technician said and would get back to me with a possible prorate for the heating cost. At 4:15pm a tech arrived and said the spa had been clogged and this is why the heat was not turning on. Checkout was the next day at 10am so not only did we not enjoy the pool or spa ( reason for selecting the house) but also received no response to the request for a full refund for the additional charge for pool and additional charge for spa heat. Finally, the last day we were there of our three night stay we wanted to grill out but the gas grill was also not working.
