it was a short walk to the beach, extremely clean and well stocked. our kids loved the pool area and foosball table. would definitely stay here again.

Spring break

We had a great stay! We came for spring break with another family, and the house was great. It was clean, recently updated, and short walk to the beach. We also enjoyed the pool.

Clean and nice home very close to the beach

House and pool were very clean when arrived. Kitchen had everything we needed and the walk to the beach was very easy. Loved our stay here!

Great location

Really cute cottage

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was a quick walk to the beach and parks. The kids enjoyed the pool very much, while the adults relaxed in the spa. The house is clean and has enough amenities for our indoor activities even on a rainy day.

Nice home near the beach

The home and its furnishing are first rate. About two blocks to the Folly Field Beach which is limited to the residents of FF and it's guests. The pool and the hot tube are great, very relaxing. One minor negative is low water pressure in the master bath.

A perfect house in a perfect location

We couldn't be happier with the house - clean, convenient, private, with a great plan - and in a walking distance to the beach. Professionally managed by a very responsive team. The only missing part were beach supplies like chairs, umbrellas or towels. We'll be back for sure!

Lovely spot on HH Island

Excellent experience start to finish. Vacation homes of Hilton Head was excellent to work with. Very helpful and communicative. The house itself was perfect for us. Clean, comfortable, updated, great location, private backyard and short walk to beach. Fully stocked with everything our family needed and very organized. Thank you!

Great location

I stayed at this property with several friends. We loved the location being close to the beach and having access to a pool right in the backyard. The one thing I would reccomend is bringing beach towels and other necessities (salt, pepper, coffee filters) because the house gets fully cleaned out when someone checks out. The beds were very comfy and property manager was communicative. Unfortunately the spa remote was broken, so we were unable to use the hot tub, but we know it would've made our stay that much better!

Stay in May!

Lovely spot. Backyard pool felt private with the large trees around it. Walkable distance to the beach. We enjoyed our time here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. We stayed the last week of May and although it was warm, I would recommend getting the pool heated, as it hasn't had enough time to heat naturally by then. Also the local schools were till in session so no crowds. The home was clean, everything worked, and we never had a need to call for the property manager. There was even the nice touch of having HDMI cords available in the living room that we could easily plug up the game system we brought. My only suggestion is to add a small keurig!

Reviewer Comments: Everything about this house pleased us: the bright, open, spacious common area that allowed our family to enjoy meals and games together; the clean, comfortable bathrooms and bedrooms that provided a quiet night’s rest; and the large outdoor area that gave the kids a place to swim and play while easily visible from the expansive sliding glass doors in the living room. Kitchen was sparkling clean and well-stocked. The floor plan is especially good for families with young children, since all the rooms are on one floor with the common area in the center. As if all that wasn’t enough, the beach is a short walk away, and the property is conveniently located mid-island. This house is even better than the photos convey because of all the thoughtful extras and excellent service provided by Vacation Homes of HH. Highly recommended!
