Oceanfront Five Bedroom Sea Pines Home with FREE Pool & Spa Heat Seasonally!

28 Duck Hawk is a five bedroom, five and half bathroom home is located oceanfront in Sea Pines and can sleep up to ten guests.

This home has a large, private pool as well as a hot tub. As long as the temperature doesn't fall below 55 degrees, you are all set to enjoy FREE pool & spa heat typically March through May & September through early November (must call office in advance of your stay to confirm and schedule).

You have direct access to the beach from 28 Duck Hawk. Roughly 100 yards to the beach via private beach path – you are greeted with the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head Island.

1st Floor:

Three of the bedrooms are located on the main level of the home, which is elevated up a flight of stairs. The first bedroom has a queen bed with direct access to a porch and steps down to the large pool deck area. It has a flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a king bed with a flat screen TV. It has direct access to a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a flat screen TV. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Also on the main level is the full-sized laundry room with a washer and dryer. This home is outfitted with wireless internet access.

Mid-Level:

The master bedroom is located mid-level. It has a king bed and a flat screen TV. It has direct access to one of the many porches this home boasts. There are steps leading from the private porch down to the pool deck area. The private master bathroom has more room than you would ever need! It has a walk-in closet, soaking tub, and separate walk-in shower.

2nd Floor:

The main living room is on this floor has a couple of sofas + a large flat screen TV. Just off the living area is a powder room. There is direct access to yet another porch which will lead you down to the pool deck area as well.

The open kitchen and dining room are just off the living room. The dining room has seating available for up to ten. There is access to the porch off this room where the gas grill is located.

The recently updated open-concept kitchen features stainless steel appliances. It also has a cooktop island with a gas range and bar top seating.

Guest House:

Just steps away from the main home and located off the pool deck area, you will find the guest house. It is a spacious bedroom that has a king bed and a flat screen TV. There is a private bathroom in the guest house with a walk-in shower. Additionally, there is a kitchenette that features a sink, microwave, and full-sized refrigerator.

• Distance to Beach: Oceanside home. Approximately 100 yards to the beach from the home via private beach boardwalk.

• Pool Info: 33 feet by 17 feet. The pool and spa are able to be heated seasonally only. Neither will heat if the temperatures drop below 55 degrees at any point during your stay. Must call Coastal Home and Villa at least two weeks prior to your arrival to arrange for pool and spa heat.
