I arrived at the resort to check in on 8/4/2020. once I made it up to the desk informed her that I had a reservation. I told her my name and she asked if I would be paying with a debit or credit card, for what is called a resort fee.She took my debit card and I asked her how much is is,and she told me she will tell me here in a second. she swiped the card first then handed me the receipt and said it was $200. She wasn’t friendly at all and didn’t do a good job on giving me any information about the resort. I even had to ask her what floor was my room on.

This resort was perfect for a little family getaway!! Clean and sanitary With lots of Sanitizing stations. I was very comfortable with the rules put into place. Everyone had masks on as it was required and enforced. Two thumbs up!

I like the access to pool and beach. I also liked the basketball hoop and how convenient the mini mart was too hotel.

Booked a nights stay. Arrive after 5 hours at 9:30pm to a line of annoyed guests needing services. One person working desk and disappeared for 20 min to find manager. Me.Potts comes to me with a letter stating I need to drive an hour back to Savannah for they overbooked our room! He never called Savannah Marriott to book me. I had to! Absolute terrible terrible service. Shameful for a travel only Marriott.
