The check in process was super easy. Frank and Audrey were amazing hosts and were super kind and helpful. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with all the necessities. The private pool had everything you needed including beach towels and floats! The area was close to the beach, shopping and great food! They were even so kind to give food suggestions. They went above and beyond! Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Family Vacation 2024

The property was absolutely amazing, very well maintained and better than expected. Our family enjoyed the pool, short walk to the beach and all the local restaurants and shopping plaza's. We would highly recommend Hidden Jade to anyone that ask.

Great large family house

Lovely property, super attentive hosts. Easy bike/drive to beach. Great for our family of 9 (grandparents, parents and young adult kids). Good set up for separate spaces, big family dinners, post-beach pool time. Only info to note is the twin bedroom in loft has access to bathroom only through the adjacent bedroom (or down the spiral stairs to use the first floor full bath). Highly recommend.

Hidden Jade

Can’t say enough wonderful things about the hosts, Frank and Audrey!! They respond very quickly to any questions, and they have gone above and beyond stocking their house to ensure guests have a great time. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with more than enough eating and drinking utensils for a large group, along with many spices/everyday items. We appreciated the treats left on the kitchen table and the coffee/tea/cream/sugar to get us started our first morning. We were a group of 7 adults and the house was very roomy for all of us. We could enjoy each others’ company, while also having plenty of room to spread out for some down time. We thoroughly enjoyed the private pool and deck area…and Frank/Audrey had more than enough beach towels for our use. The beach is just a 5 minute bike ride away, or 15 minute walk, on the paved path. This was our first time staying in Shipyard, and we thought the location was perfect. We had such great time, we can’t wait to come back!!

The home and pool are lovely, and the owners go out of their way to provide extras such as beach towels and chairs, a well- equipped kitchen and outdoor grill, corn hole set, etc. The space was just right for our family of 8 adults (4 couples).

Family Fun

We had a great time at Hidden Jade and appreciated Audrey and Frank. The grandchildren loved the pool and so did the adults! The pool is clean and gets cleaned daily which we appreciated. The house was great with tons of space and everything you would need on a vacation with a large family. The beach was a short drive or walk and the parking passes were wonderful because the beach parking filled up quickly. We will return with our gang to have some family fun. Awesome home!

Hidden Jade- Great Rental

Our hosts left us a beautiful and very clean home to stay in while were on Hilton Head. All the bathrooms had soap and TP, the kitchen was superbly stocked so we did not have to buy every spice and ingredient we would need while vacationing. Commuication with our host was outstanding we had several questions during our stay that were answered immediately. We loved how pet friendly this home was, dog bowls were readily accessible we only needed dog food. There were plenty of beach towels for us to use which was great. Awesome spot to Vacation!

Fantastic Vacation House!

We had a wonderful stay. House was perfect. Beautifully decorated. Accomidated 12 of us easily. Kitchen well-stocked. Refrigerator is small for all our initial groceries. Would suggest to plan for only a few days at a time for cold stuff. We just all pre-ordered groceries not thinking of the space. Tons of couch areas and tvs. Kids loved all the bean bags. Plenty of space. Pool area was beautiful and tons of seating and lounge chairs. Pool toys and floats galore. Beach was about a mile walk. We all got bikes. Easy to rent. Highly suggest that. We would pile all beach stuff in a van and set up early in am then come back and all go on bikes. So happy with our time spent at hidden jade. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful!

This was just one of our best experiences with a house rental from VRBO. Frank and Audrey our hosts were amazing. Made us feel so welcomed and checked in on us each and every day we were there. Jade House Vacation

No stone was left unturned in this beautifully appointed rental home. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and each bedroom had lots of privacy with extremely clean bathrooms . The gourmet kitchen had any tools you could imagine to create culinary delights. The private pool and surroundings were warm and clean with bee lounge chair cushions. A short bike ride or walk brings you to Hilton Head beaches. We couldn’t have asked for a more lovely family vacation.

Hidden Jade is a Hidden Jewel

Beautiful light filled home with many amenities. We loved this home. The hosts, Frank and Audrey, provide a wide selection of teas, a variety of keurig coffee pods, a fully stocked spice cabinet and two cookie jars filled with Walker Shortbread cookies and other treats. The pool was lit at night and the house is equipped with numerous beach towels and toys. There is even a pump to inflate the pool toys. The house is located a pleasant, short walk to the beach. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and this is truly a five star home.

Perfect Vaca at Hidden Jade

Everyone had a great time. There were a few unexpected incidents with the house, but the owners were quick to respond. There’s an issue with the house not cooling sufficiently when the sun beats down, but I’m sure the owners will address that in the near future. Would go back again !!

Couldn't ask for more!

This property exceeded our expectations. It is even more beautiful in person than the pictures portray. The home is well-equipped - from the kitchen to the pool area, we had everything we needed. The bedrooms are comfortable and the house is large enough to easily accommodate our group of 10. The host was responsive to our questions and genuinely cared if we were having a good experience, which we were! The neighborhood is spectacular. The community is gated and has it's own beach access. There are innumerable paths to bike on and a beautiful golf course as part of the community. While you could stay there without ever getting bored, it is also conveniently located to stores, restaurants, the harbor and other beaches. There is an Arts center nearby where you can catch a professional musical production. We have rented many a VRBO but we've never before left saying we seriously wished we lived here, but that was our takeaway with this beautiful property. We hope to return!

We had a great stay. Owners went out of their way to make sure we had things we needed. Well-stocked kitchen and comfy beds, nice pool. Really appreciated the abundance of beach towels provided, all the teas, and ample dish and laundry detergent.

Perfect set up for a family reunion

My three siblings and their families and I met for a 5 day reunion at this house. We had a total of 11 in our group, including 5 children whose ages ranged from 2 to 16 years. The bedroom arrangement fit us well, with my 9 and 11 year old nieces staying in the loft. It was convenient to have 4 bathrooms, one for each family. The house was clean and well stocked with household amenities. The check in process was very easy. When we arrived, we found the house to be as described. We enjoyed the walk to the beach, as well as the warm pool and its assortment of floats. The hosts communicated clearly and answered questions promptly. I felt we were lucky to have found the place.

great location & value!

we rented the Hidden Jade for a week for a family vacation - Frank and Audrey were so kind and communicative the week leading up to our trip starting as well as during the stay. It went so smoothly and the house is fully equipped for a family (with one small child under 1) and three dogs. Would definitely stay there again!

Great Experience!

Our friend group (8 people, 30s-40s) went together to celebrate a variety of life events. Frank and Audrey were so sweet and very helpful during our stay. The house was great and the pool was beautiful. Frank and Audrey even had the pool cleaned for us again (pollen pods are a thing!) on Saturday as a pleasant surprise. Every room was well organized, we had plenty of towels, trash bags, etc. We really enjoyed the set up and the big dining room table where we gathered for every meal. We would 100% recommend and stay here again. Thanks Frank and Audrey for being so awesome!
