Welcome to 13 Bald Eagle West! This beautifully renovated four bedroom, three and a half bathroom home is located close to the beach in Sea Pines and can sleep a group of up to 10 guests. With the beach only being a five to seven minute walk away, you'll have your toes in the sand in no time!

• Pool Info: 30 feet by 14 feet. The pool is able to be heated March through May, September & October for a fee of $50/day (four day minimum charge). It is not able to be heated if the temperatures drop below 55 degrees at any point during your stay. Must call Coastal Home and Villa at least two weeks prior to your arrival to arrange for pool heat.

• Paying guest reservations staying between 4-27 nights will receive a $250 VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.

• No dogs permitted - this home is not dog friendly.

• Parking: There is parking available at the home for up to four cars max. Parking passes are an additional $17/pass per week. If you require more than the allotted amount of parking spots, please call Coastal Home and Villa for options.

Easy beach access

It was perfect to spend our mornings at the beach (<10min walk with 2,4,5yr olds walking) and then home for lunch by the pool. The pool had some sun but mostly indirect and we found that to be most enjoyable on hot summer days.

Loved the house. Very clean, close to the beach. When we weren’t at the beach everyone enjoyed the pool, Quiet neighborhood. Large dining room table that fit all 8 of us. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Would definitely stay again,

My family of 6 stayed, kids loved having space in the bedrooms upstairs. Sectional and chairs just enough room to sit and watch movie. Liked the JennAir stove with a bottom drawer over gave me more space to make meals. 2nd refrigerator in garage was helpful too! Cushions on chairs in screened porch and on pool deck are worn, stained and moldy. If you want sun in pool area, this isn't the house for you. The pool water stays cool as a result. 6-7 minute walk to beach, do have to cross busy sea pines drive.

Sea Pines Perfection

We had a wonderful time over Christmas in this cozy house! It was well laid out and updated. Proximity to beach was great and nice to have an unobstructed marsh view across the street. The weather was chilly so we didn’t get a chance to take total advantage of the pool and screened in porch area but was all very nice. Pool was heated so some did enjoy taking a dip. Nice gas grill adjacent to pool area. The property management was fantastic and very responsive to our needs. Overall a fantastic choice for us - we would definitely go again - hopefully when warmer!

Lovely stay

Great location; very tasteful and comfortable house. Pool is bigger than it appears in picture. Walking distance from the beach; a short bike ride to the Salty Dog for social distanced ice cream. Weather was not perfect but it was still the perfect Covid getaway for me and my family.

Wonderful Stay!!

The house was very nice and setting. Front of the house looks out through the marsh. Pool was refreshing. Great access to the beach by short walk. Was a great family vacation which broke up the craziness from all the COVID madness. Great family time and great memories.

We've already planned our next trip to THIS HOME

First Coastal Home and Villa couldn't have been better. The home was recently renovated and it shows! First the great: * VERY close to beach access 16 and a quick walk * Dead end street and NO traffic * a 3 minute bike ride to South Beach/Salty Dog * Great linens * Kitchen has EVERYTHING you need to cook. * LOTS of glassware, great new dishwasher/fridge/micro *A GARAGE BEER FRIDGE! * We left (accidentally) our folding blue backpack beach chairs. Enjoy them! Also left pool noodle and floaties. Thanks for the great pack job kids. And, the good (not bad at all) * Dryer does the job but is pretty old and takes a long time * Not a fan of the fancy induction cooktop. I like gas, but it works. Just a learning curve here. * Rained a monsoon one day and one of the gutters about fell off. But no biggie! Overall, plenty of room, GREAT location, GREAT service. We slept 8 comfy with room for a few more. Thanks and see you soon!

Great house in great location close to beach. About a 7 minute walk to beach and faster bike ride. Clean and well-maintained. Great pool and patio area with lounge chairs, grill that actually worked, and dining table for eight. We noticed an odor on living room area rug and the leather sectional was not comfortable, but we used the great screened porch instead.
