Great Beach Getaway

We have stayed at this property several times over the years. Can't beat it for a smaller group, 4 - 8 people. Private pool and beach access, incredible views.

Lovely home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Right on the beach, all the amenities we needed, clean, tastefully decorated, and convenient to everything. I would highly recommend this Dune Ln property to anyone.

Location, location, location!

This beach house was perfect for our family, 5 adults, 3 children. We all loved the pool and beach access and beautiful views of the ocean seeing dolphins daily. The pool was well-maintained. We plan to return!

Lovely week at the Beach

Perfect location to enjoy the beach, bike to the shops, close to many restaurants and golf resorts. Split floor plan perfect for two families. Heated pool was a nice added bonus. Upper and lower patio perfect for a relaxing vacation. Lots of sunlight, spacious, easy and accessible!

A wonderful beach vacation

Six adults, 1 toddler, 1 infant, and a dog had a blast! Just had a few write-ups on visit. Pool heater was inoperative although service technician came to work on it (had to order parts), the shower door in downstairs bath does not close completely therefore lots of water on floor, the shower faucet handle in downstairs bath is loose from its mount, and toilet paper holder (in left side bathroom) is loose from wall mount. We loved staying here and plan to rebook next year!!!

Great stay - awesome location with views. Could use a deep clean and some TLC.

We had a wonderful stay and would come back for sure. The location was great, awesome view, watched the sunrise from the porch every morning. The host was great, left a pan to cook our thanksgiving turkey, a nice note and a bottle of wine. Could use a deep clean and some TLC. Stairs to the pool need to be repainted, some of the bedroom and bathroom doors don’t latch. Some of the toilet seats were broken. Light switches, door knobs and door frames were dirty with food / finger prints. Again - just a few small things - the house was great and worked perfectly for our family of 7. The heated pool was great, the gas grill was great, and it was great to have private access to the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third year at 99 Dune Lane and we plan on coming back next year. We met the house manager. He was very cordial and helpful. He said he planned on putting a sleeper sofa and so forth in the downstairs room. This would be very helpful because I will be celebrating my 90th birthday on next years trip, July 30, and we really could use the extra room. As always, love the house and location. We do not need a huge house, this one is perfect. We appreciated all the upgrades in kitchenware and kitchen appliances.

The home was perfect! You cannot put a price on the oceanfront location. The kitchen was exceptionally equipped with quality cookware and appliances. The extra room on the lower level was wonderful for those who needed to get work done or wanted use of the full bathroom. The pool was wonderful and having heat available made it enjoyable for all! Highly recommend!!
