This spacious 3-bedroom 3-bath ocean-front villa is located in Palmetto Dunes Plantation. The open floor plan of the living room, dining room, and kitchen offer spectacular views of the gardens, pools, and ocean. The kitchen features beautiful, granite, stone, and stainless. There is a bar with a wine cooler and a desk area for work or school. Relax easily on the large balcony which connects to both the living room and queen bedroom, perfect for morning coffee or afternoon refreshments, while a separate private balcony is off the king bedroom. Each comfortable bedroom has its own bathroom. Everything you need for an island escape and only a few sandy steps to the beach.

*ELEVATOR IS SCHEDULED TO BE DOWN FROM 9/29-10/17, dates subject to change. Inquire with any questions.

**WINDOW AND DOOR REPLACEMENT PROJECT TO BEGIN 11/15/25. 6101 Hampton Place is in Wave 1 which will begin 11/15, each wave will take approximately 4-6 weeks to complete, during which each villa will take 1-2 weeks for the actual window replacement work. Please keep in mind, weather permitting and dates are subject to change. Scaffolding will only be used on the parking lot side of building and man lifts will be used on the ocean side. Please inquire with any questions.
