This 2 bedroom Palmetto Dunes ocean view condo is beautifully decorated and located on the 4th floor. The spacious living are has tiled floors and plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing after a day at the beach. There is a large flat panel television, a loveseat, couch and two arm chairs. A large window offers a great view of the Atlantic and the sliding glass doors lead to the balcony area with 4 chairs and a small table.

There is also a dining table with seating for 6. The fully equipped kitchen has all updated stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and tile floors. There is a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat panel TV, DVD player and great ocean views. A private bath offers a large walk-in shower, granite countertops and walk-in closet. The second bedroom features 2 double beds, flat panel TV, and a private bath with a jetted tub/ shower combination and granite countertops.

The Hampton Place Complex offers an oceanfront pool with spa, BBQ area, children’s pool, gazebo and deck, restrooms, and showers. There is also an elevator and covered parking.

Great Stay in HHI

This is the second year at this exact condo. Everything is always great. We enjoyed the bike path and the close proximity to store, restaurants and entertainment. I do wish there was a closet to store our beach gear (chairs, umbrellas etc) available. But, everything else was fantastic.

Vacation in a construction zone

The owners of the condo above us decided that would be a good week to do a renovation. Construction started at seven and ended at 7 PM. I had to complain to the building owner and the agency that rented me the condo. The farm of the construction crew was rude and actually laughed at me when he saw me complaining about the construction noise. Horrible planning. Beautiful condo beautiful location noise from dawn to dusk. Hours of construction cut backed a bit on 4th day, but was still loud as H&LL I don’t blame the rental agency. They had no knowledge. I do blame the building owners and the owners of the condo who were so inconsiderate to conduct a major construction project during prime rental season. The rental agency did give me an adjustment is aroun 5% on the rental fee.And I’ve been aware of that construction directly above me I would’ve canceled my reservation. I suggest if you rent in this building you make sure that no construction is going on. It will ruin your vacation

Great place in a Great Location

This was first time visiting Hilton Head and this condo was perfect for our family. It was well appointed and perfectly located on the beach in Palmetto Dunes with convenient access to all other points on the island. Would highly recommend.
