This impressive ocean-side estate is part of our signature Lowcountry Manor Collection, which features island homes with the perfect blend of decidedly upscale refinement and relaxed coastal comfort. You’ll find this island manor nestled right on the water in the private neighborhood of North Forest Beach. It boasts 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms with 3 floors of expansive windows, high ceilings, incredible ocean vistas, and a separate carriage house. This luxurious retreat offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space to host private events or family reunions with enough room for you to breathe easy (please inquire about any additional fees for events). The first-floor kitchen, living, and dining areas are massive. Even with 18 guests, there is ample room for fun dinner parties or casual happy hours, and spontaneous gatherings. Every bedroom has a view or a balcony with a luxurious, private bathroom.

The carriage house has 2 stunning bedrooms, a loft, and bathrooms with a coffee station. Beautiful floors and finishings grace every room. Stroll out on one of the various decks and soak in the fantastic salt sea air morning, noon, or night—outdoor living at its best with the three levels of decks, the pools, and the spas. Great location with perfect access to beach, clean house, all the amenities you need, plenty of private space for each guest, and plenty of room to gather as a big group… can’t say enough good things about the house and host. Host was excellent and was there to answer any questions we had. Can’t thank them enough for making our trip enjoyable and memorable. Looking forward to our next trip to Hilton Head!

We had several people from around the country coming in to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday. The property was absolutely perfect! The outdoor space is ideal for socializing and the layout of the house was ideal for together time as well as ample space to spread out. We had ages from 9-70 and everyone enjoyed it equally.

In poor upkeep. Many lights not being replaced, pool needs to be cleaned daily, door handles falling off, no beach equipment such as chairs or umbrellas provided, inadequate supplies such as tissue, paper towels, trash bags. For the price paid, the value was not received. We will not stay here again.
