Overlooking the 10th tee of Harbour Town Golf Links, this beautifully decorated home features three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Take a short stroll to the Sea Pines Racquet Club, the Harbour Town Clubhouse, and the Harbour Town Yacht Basin. Stay in and enjoy the poolside views of the golf course from the living room, private den, and two of the master suites. Just off the living room is access to your private pool area with a gas grill. This home features the best Sea Pines has to offer.

Lighthouse Lane Infrastructure Improvement Project Phase 4 to Begin Early September 2026
Phase 4 of the Lighthouse Lane Infrastructure Improvement Project is scheduled to begin early September 2026, and is estimated to continue through early spring 2027.

Planned work will be conducted Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, excluding major holidays. Weekend and overnight work may be necessary but will be communicated in advance.
Project Work Zone Includes:
Lighthouse Lane, Mizzenmast Lane, Windjammer Court, Mizzenmast Court, Genoa Court
Storm Water Drainage will take place on Windjammer Court and Mizzenmast Lane
Milling and paving operations will take place on Mizzenmast Lane, Windjammer Court, Mizzenmast Court, Genoa Court
Project Work will Include:
Surveying and underground utility mark outs. Please do not remove any staking or utility markings.
Stormwater drainage upgrades: Excavation and replacement of the stormwater drainage system including pipes and catch basins.
Temporary steel plates will be installed to cover open excavations.
Please be aware that construction noise will occur in the project zone throughout major construction activities
Well-pointing and dewatering operations (lowering groundwater levels to provide more stable working conditions). Overnight dewatering will be required utilizing pumping systems.
Due to the nature of major infrastructure construction work, planned and unplanned water or utility outages in the work zone may occur. This includes possible water, sewer, internet, telephone and power interruptions.
Demolition and construction of sidewalks, curbs, and roadways.
Tree and lagoon work.
Traffic Management:
Heavy machinery and construction vehicles will be traveling to and from the project site.
Single-lane road closures and flagging operations will be in place daily, weather permitting. Temporary full lane closures may be required at times.
Motorists should expect traffic delays, traffic detours, and be prepared to share the road with bike riders and pedestrians.
Pedestrians and bike riders should expect delays and be prepared to stop and follow detours.
For safety, bike riders will be required to dismount and walk bikes around the active work zones.

Great location, a few updates need to happen

The only thing I could say is that the property would benefit from some updating. Especially outside seating, furniture inside and eating area. Beds were very comfortable and facilities were clean, just needs to be updated and a couple of TLC projects. Great location!

We loved our stay here, our third year at Hilton Head in sea pines and this is the best property we’ve stayed in so far! Family of 4 + grandparents and plenty of space for everyone. We loved our stay and would definitely come back. The pool was wonderful to have. It felt private in the back and was a beautiful view of golf course with tons of nature to watch too. The hosts offered tons of helpful info through a website, and the neighborhood was great. Could easily walk or bike to Harbor Town area. We loved the bikes and beach wagon provided too! House was very comfortable and well stocked with kitchen needs and towels (including large beach towels), and large easy-to-use TVs. We used the Sea Pines Club beach access and it was an easy 7 min drive or 10ish minute bike ride. Can’t wait to come back!

21 Windjammer

Overall I was very pleased with our stay. Location wise it was in close proximity to all of the attractions within Sea Pines, and being an avid golfer it was nice to be right on Harbour Town Golf Links. My only complaint would be how warm the upstairs rooms were with them rarely getting below 75° for the duration of our stay, though we had plenty of fans to keep them comfortable. All in all very happy with our stay.

Excellent location loved having bikes included!Esp since trolly was not running until midweek.Property is so nice being on 10th tee box walkable to everywhere in Harbourtown!Inside is looking dated - carpets and throw rugs are old and ratty- knives were so dull it was scary- nice oven and layout, i would sef rent again due to location and outdoor space.

We loved our rental on Hilton Head. The view was great and the pool fantastic. We had plenty of beach towels and bath towels. The location was very good, close to Harbor Town and not a bad bike ride to the beach. The upstairs bedroom air conditioning could have worked better. Downstairs air was super. A Hidden Gem

Three of us (two adults, one teen) found this place a perfect home away from home for a last week of summer getaway to Hilton Head. The property is a Goldilocks... Just the right size (you might fit one or two more in, but perfect amount of space for us), the right amenities (the pool was amazingly warm and fairly private given the neighborhood), the right location (right next to Harbortown Clubhouse, down the street from the harbor itself). The inside is quite modern in appearance, huge laundry room, and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment for a rental. AC kept up with August heat and humidity, and the showers were hot! The provided bikes and available beach equipment (through rental office) were convenient and enjoyable too. Had one issue that came up late in the week, and the Vacation Company management were all over it quickly even during off hours. The value was really excellent for the price paid. We'd definitely look to stay here again if available!

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property at 21 Windjammer Court! My family and I had a fabulous vacation over the 4th of July holiday. The property was stocked with everything you need during the week! The house was very very clean and well taken care of. My kids absolutely enjoyed the pool every day. The water was warm and we had pool cleaners come multiple times during our stay to make sure it was clean an lid chlorinated . The house is right on the 10th hole of Harbour Town so we had excellent views of the golfers as they tee’d off 😉 The location is incredible as you are just a few feet away from HarborTown where all the action is! We enjoyed the hikes they offered! We only needed to rent another one due to us needing the toddler seat on back. We took advantage of the washing machine and dryer so don’t pack too many clothes like we did! They had Pictionary and scrabble for us to play on the rainy Thursday- but we also brought more family games! The best part was watching the fireworks! It was just a short walk up to 18th hole to get the great views for the 4th of July! The Vacation Company was incredible to work with! We had to call a few times since the TV was sort of complicated to work due to it being high tech- and the portable ice machine they had didn’t work- so Pete from VC came over with ice! So thoughtful! We already booked the property for next year! You won’t be disappointed!

This rental was very nice and fit perfectly for our family. Easy check in and out. It was just like the pictures … clean, fully stocked kitchen!!!, and everyone had their own bedroom and bath. The location is perfect and the bikes they provided got A LOT of use! We had a great week and would definitely rent this place again!

Lovely area

Clean property and good management . They came and dealt very quickly with several issues we had with the property . Area is superb with many facilities. Beautiful location on golf course. Beach a short drive or bike away . Tennis available after 5pm . Lots of nice places to eat. House is a little old and dated in parts . However well stocked and plenty of kitchen equipment if you need to cook . Outside furniture needs complete replacing . Extremely bad quality and parts flaking off . Cushions for the chairs are unhygienic and beyond repair . We needed a brush to be able to clean pool deck daily from falling leaves but none on property. Air con and heating very old and inefficient upstairs . Dust remained on the ceiling for our entire stay from the air vents . The office space was inefficient for us to use . A small bar stool to sit on at a desk- but most people wouldn’t use that anyway. The office space smelt and felt damp . It had a pull out bed in the room which I would not suggest anyone use currently. The aircon and heating did not work properly in this room. The patio doors in the upstairs bedroom and office need to be replaced . They are old and misting up inside the window frame . This makes it difficult to see the beautiful view . Overall nice clean property in a great location but needs these few areas attended too .

Chillin at the pool

The private pool was a perfect size with a nice view of golf course. The downside : the cushions on patio furniture were old and dirty the home lacked a broom or leaf blower to remove the debris that accumulated on pool deck. The kitchen had just about everything you need & the poolside grill was very nice. We appreciated the 4 bikes the owners provided. They were handy for biking to the tennis courts & Harbor Town. The location was excellent for our purposes. To sum it up... a very nice home with a private pool . We would certainly recommend the home to others.

Fabulous Stay!

My family has been vacationing in Sea Pines for the last several years and have always had great experiences...this was no exception! The house was very clean, spacious and suited our family very well. The amenities were great and easy to navigate. We love Harbour Town, so the location was perfect. The golf course views were great while relaxing by the pool! We called the first day as the pool light was blown and the turnaround time to repair was excellent with friendly service. This is a great place to stay and would absolutely consider renting again!!
