The room was very clean and comfortable, plenty of nice fluffy towels. I was especially impressed with all of the available places to plug in electronics. The breakfast was impressive for a small hotel so many choices both hot and cold and the waffles were delicious! I would gladly stay there again.

Staff is excellent!! Property is clean and super convenient. Hot tub and pool are very warm, mattresses are firm. Breakfast is an excellent value, huge variety, and lots of it. The only negative, for me, is that for some reason everything made of metal is rusted; coat hangers don’t slide smoothly on the rusty closet rod, and just looks bad in the pool area. Would absolutely stay here again.

Let me start by saying this rating has nothing to do with the staff. They were courteous and accommodating. Everything seemed clean. The problem was finding bedbugs in my daughter's bed at 11 pm and having to move to another room, pulling everything apart to check for more bugs, and being paranoid for the rest of the night. We won't be going back.

We were stranded in Hillsville due to car trouble and the people at the Comfort Inn went out of their way to help! They offered late check-out, luggage storage and even surprised us with a goody bag for our trip home. We can't say enough! Thank you!!!

I've had a series of bad hotel visits, so this was a very refreshing change. The hotel is clean and smells good. Not like cleaning supplies, which is disgusting, but actually clean. The room was spacious and exactly what we needed. The staff was friendly, professional, and responsive. Everyone spoke English, which was nice. Breakfast was wonderful. My kids loved the pool, though they mentioned that it was super warm. The fitness room was a little cramped, but the treadmill worked fine, so whatever. Overall, this is definitely a wonderful choice! I'll keep it in mind for the next time we're passing through for sure!
