The space

Originally built in 1946 as a three-room mill house, this home was expanded over time but has kept its good vibe and great charm. The rooms are not large, but they are warm, bright, and welcoming — ample for two to three adults or a family of four.

Two windows in each bedroom, living room, and kitchen bring in natural light and offer peaceful views of the yard, trees, and garden. Every room has been thoughtfully arranged for comfort, functionality, and simplicity.

Guest access

Guests will have full access to the entire house, yard, and parking area. The concrete driveway accommodates two cars. Please do not park on the grass and note that trailers or large trucks are not allowed.

Cooking essentials, bedding, towels, and washer/dryer are all provided for your convenience.

PET POLICY AND PET FEE

Pets are allowed by permission only. A non-refundable pet fee of $50 per pet, per 30-day period applies.

Pets must be accompanied by a human and remain quiet and under control when outside. All waste must be cleaned from the yard.

Dogs may not be left in the house uncrated

Crated dogs may not be left alone for more than four hours
