The room sure could use some up dating and more attention paid to outside upkeep. Like cleaning

The upgraded shower was the high point of this room. Parking is challenging as few space will accomodate a large vehicle. We did not receive an itemized bill and it seems we were charged pet fees which were not indicated on your site when we booked. We reported that sink drain was running slow and also dirty water was backing up into the sink and nothing was done to correct that. We didn't expect 5 star accommodations for the price advertised, but this was probably less than a 1 star facility. We agree we will never stay there again.

Don't stay at the Sapphire Inn In Franklin, NC

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
I will never make a reservation through Travelocity again. This is the second time I made a reservation with Travelocity and the motel was awful.

I see why you are anonymous we have a clean motel it is old but safe ,clean comfortable, reasonably priced and close to everything, and we are very friendly
