There were two of us and a dog. We spent great two weeks in the house. The location is great, close to Hihghland. However, you have to accept that some cars are passing by (not too many).

Perfect cottage for a long weekend in Highlands

The property lived up to the listing details – it had three sleeping areas and our kids really enjoyed the time here. Loved the cozy feel, of being in the Mirror Lake neighborhood and the easy access to town and the nearby hiking/waterfalls. It was a good value for the summer season.We would strongly consider staying here again on future trips. Great experience!

We really enjoyed our stay in this perfectly located home! We brought along our 3 year old, 2 month old, and goldendoodle and had room for everyone. It was spotless and very cozy. I was impressed with the step stools in the bathrooms for kids, also one closet I noticed had a bed railing for toddlers that may need that. The kitchen was well-equipped. The location was ideal as we could easily get to downtown highlands, dry falls, and all the other local sights very easily.

Nice little get-a-way

Great location and front porch home for a weekend getaway. Weather was great and home worked for what we needed. Spent most of time outside and interior of home was adequate. Master bed is not a king as it’s 2 doubles pushed together and property could use some updates but again, very good location and price. Manager/owner very responsive and enjoyed our stay.
