Gorgeous hotel, very modern and everything looks so lovely. Sunsets are beautiful. My only complaint (if you can call it that) is the food. I wasn’t blown away by it at all - even at the à la cartes.

Staff were wonderful, so kind. Buffet was different and delicious, amenities for the all inclusive were incredible - crepes, waffles, drinks, snacks! Minibar in the room was a huge plus, refilled everyday! Private pool was lovely, pool beds were comfy! Room is great, aircon fab, shower great, comfy bed with lots of pillows! WiFi was amazing most of the time! Only had issues when it rained. Wonderful hotel, wonderful people, couldn’t recommend enough!

Disliked: Staff & service
Place is over priced, hard to eat at any of the restaurants simply because you can’t get a reservation so you’re stuck with buffet, every 5 a jet passes over your head while landing until 1am, misleading room information. I booked a 2 bedroom family suite and I get a 10x10 bedroom with a super tiny living area tnat they calll bedroom. Most staff is rude simply not worth it. Book some place else.
