First room I got was on the ground floor and it had a lot of insects (ants, moles). When asked to replace the room, receptionist Maria said to me it is not possible. Additionally, the hotel has a weird policy of playing music until late in the night (1-2am), while the party and loud screams can continue until 5am, which makes it impossible to sleep in any room in the hotel, especially on the ground floors. When after 4 days I had absolutely enough of this and asked to refund my payment for the rest of the days, suddenly a room appeared on the 2nd floor, but my request for refund was categorically refused. It was a little bit better as there was no insects there and was less noisy, but still it was close to impossible to sleep due to noise. Finally, the receptionist Maria is very rude and talked behind my back to any other guest that would listen about how bad a guest I am due to making such "crazy" demands to have a room without insects and not noisy at night. The only nice person in the hotel was cleaning lady Marianna.
