Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel located in hotel district. Very limited parking, even with hotel not booked at capacity. Unable to take hot shower during evening. Water only luke warm. By am it was hot again. Elevator was not working. My room was on third floor. This could’ve been an issue had I had more limited mobility.

The Spanish speaking staff managed well with my broken Spanish. They were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is very clean, easy to find, with parking in front and a typical hotel breakfast. A comfortable experience.
