The hotel was nearly impossible to find with no visible signs in the area and no written instructions available (it took two separate pairs of guests searching together 1.5 hours to find the place). Additionally, the hotel was unreliable since a room key was not waiting as had been promised during an earlier conversation, and no one answered a call to the hotel's phone number. Further, the hotel was run in an unprofessional manner, with the employees behaving extremely rudely and making false assumptions, and in turn, nasty false accusations (e.g., accusing the guests of being drunk since they saw a bottle of the local eiswein being carried in with the luggage -- the bottle had not been opened in more than 24 hours). Overall, the experience was the worst we've ever had by a long shot.
