The apartment was completed in late 2012 and is designed for up to 8 people.
It offers the guest a lot of comfort on 90 m², which are divided over two floors.

Ground floor:

- Terrace with sitting and lying furniture

Upper floor:
- Masterbedroom '1' with double bed and priv. bath

The apartment has been furnished to a high standard and practical.
Our furniture is made of real wood and corresponding parquet has also been installed in all living rooms and bedrooms.

All rooms have additional storage space for clothes and private items. In addition, all bedrooms offer a fantastic view of the Carinthian Alps.

The house was built on a slope. Our apartment is accessible at ground level. However, the hillside position means that the terrace on the ground floor is actually already on the third level of the house, which enables the incredible panoramic view of the valley and the surrounding mountains.

The apartment has a parking space in the underground garage which is free for our guests. An elevator takes you comfortably from the underground car park to the third level of the house. There are further parking spaces in front of the house.

The apartment has two 'ski' lockers where you can dry your ski and hiking boots.

Really perfect!!

Toller erster Sommerurlaub in den Alpen

Wir hatten herrliche drei Wochen in unserer Ferienwohnung im Nassfeld. Die Wohnung liegt in einem stark ausgebauten und touristisch erschlossenen Skigebiet in einem großen Appartmenthaus. Die Lage brachte einigen Baulärm mit sich, weil auf der anderen Talseite gerade ein Sessellift erneuert wurde - aber man muss halt wissen, dass eine Ferienwohnung im Nassfeld keine Alpeneinsamkeit ist. Von der Wohnung aus kann man total bequem schöne Wanderungen starten (auch mit Hilfe der zwei sommers betriebenen Lifte in der Nähe), es gibt fußäufig Läden, Restaurants, Cafés, und wenn man in die Alpeneinsamkeit will, ist es auch nicht so weit weg. Schön ist die Nähe zu einem Badesee im Tal (Pressegger See, mit schönem Strandbad), will man Stadtleben, ist Villach auch nicht zu weit weg. Die Wohnung ist sauber und ordentlich ausgestattet, mit dem vorhandenen Kochgeschirr konnten wir auch tatsächlich bequem für fünf hungrige Mäuler kochen. Und man kann sich so herrlich auf dem riesigen Sofa fläzen... Klare Empfehlung!

Empfehlenswert mit kleinen Abstrichen

Das Appartement ist in guter Lage, die Kommunikation mit Inhaber und Agentur war jederzeit vorbildlich! Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung und da gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Abstriche gibt es (auch wenn das nicht das Appartement direkt betrifft) für den Parkplatz bzw den Weg zur Piste. Es war die ganze Woche nicht geräumt und extrem eisig. Habe so etwas noch nie zuvor gesehen, auch nicht bei unserem Besuch letztes Jahr. Leichte Abzüge bei der Sauberkeit, das direkt ersichtliche ist sauber, wenn man genauer hinsieht gibt es Verbesserungsbedarf.

Super Familienurlaub :)

Tolle Wohnung mit super Lage

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in dem Appartement. Die Wohnung ist sogar noch schöner und gemütlicher als auf den Bilder. Sie ist super ausgestattet, es gibt einen Skikeller und befindet sich direkt an der Skipiste. Hervorragend ist die große Sonnenterasse und der Balkon mit einen atemberaubenden Blick ins Nassfeld und in die Berglandschaft.

Een prachtig huis met alle voorzieningen aan de piste!

Wat een heerlijk huis! Prima slaapkamers, bedden en badkamers. En een sauna voor 2 personen. Een zeer complete keuken waar je prima voor de groep kunt koken. Even de parkeerplaats oversteken, ski's aan en glijden maar. De eerste dag wel lang in de rij gestaan voor de skipassen, dus die kun je beter eerder halen. Verder niet echt een leuke apresskitent, maar misschien is dat na coronatijd anders. Wij hebben het in ieder geval heerlijk gehad in dit huis. En genoten van het uitzicht op de piste!

Sommer-Urlaub in Kärnten

Sommer-Urlaub 2020 unter dem Einfluss von Corona zu planen und zu machen, war nicht so einfach zu bewertstelligen. Aber es hat geklappt! Dazu beigetragen hat die sehr schöhne Unterkunft von Herrn Ohse (wo es an nichts gefehlt hat) und natürlich die Kärtner Umgebung.

Wintersport 2020

Prima en net appartement, geschikt voor 6 personen. Bij 8 personen moeten er 2 personen in de huiskamer op een bank slapen. De ligging in het skigebied is perfect. Er waren wat problemen met o.a. de rolluiken, maar in de loop van de week is dat door de eigenaar goed opgelost.

Wunderbar

Das Ferienappartement Ohse liegt günstig am Nassfeldpass, nur kurz vor der Grenze zu Italien. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten direkt von hier aus loszuwandern, oder mit der im Preis inbegriffenen Kärnten+Card einen der Lifte zu benutzen. Im nahegelegenen Ort Sonnenalpe, zu dem man gut zu Fuß hinlaufen kann, gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bietet auf 2 Ebenen Platz für mindestens 6 Personen in 3 Schlafzimmern. Es gibt 2 große Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC, außerdem im Untergeschoss noch ein Gäste WC. In einem Bad ist noch eine Sauna, aber da wir im Sommer Gäste waren, haben wir diese nicht genutzt. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich, in jedem Zimmer gibt es ausreichend große Schränke. Oben gibt es für 2 Zimmer einen Balkon mit Blick auf das Nassfeld, unten gibt es eine große Terrasse, auf der es Liegestühle und eine Sitzgruppe gibt. Der Blick ist einmalig, vor allem am Abend, wenn die Sonne untergeht. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Super ist der Platz für das Auto in der Tiefgarage. Diese Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war äußerst nett. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Super Ferienwohnung!

Die Appartmentanlage ist in gutem Zustand alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Tiefgarage, Aufzug. Die Ferienwohnung ist ebenfalls top in Ordnung! Sinnvoll eingerichtet, sauber, modern und freundlich. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Gern wieder! (Kommunikation mit der Agentur war nicht benötigt)

Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch der Ausblick auf den Madritsche und die Nähe zu vielen Wanderwegen ist toll. Durch die Nassfeldkarte, die wir vom Vermieter bekommen hatten, konnten wir die Seilbahnen kostenlos nutzen, wodurch wir flexibel waren und das Auto auch mal stehen bleiben konnte. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist wirklich zu empfehlen!

Super Ferienwohnung für zwei Familien mit genug Platz.

Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles was man braucht und ist super ausgestattet. Die Lage auf 1.500m Höhe mit einem fantastischen Ausblick ist super. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Außerdem hat jeder Gast eine Touristenkarte dabei (Nassfeld +Premium Card) damit können unter anderem die Gondeln und Lifte am Nassfeld kostenlos genutzt werden. Für uns war es ein toller Urlaub.
