Ein wenig erinnert die Ferienwohnung Nummer 3, an Berliner Altbau. Die schreienden Möven erinnern daran dass dieser "Schatz" an der Küste liegt. Und auch wenn das Mobiliar nicht ganz neu ist, so ist es doch sehr charmant eingerichtet. Mit Liebe zum Detail. Muscheln und Muschelketten, kleine Vasen mit Tiniff sorgen für ein angenehmes wohngefühl. Die maritimblauen Fließen in der Küche, laden zum gemeinsamen kochen ein. Und der Blick aufs Meer vom Esstisch aus, lassen Urlaubsstimmung aufkommen.Der Wintergarten mit der grandiosen Aussicht auf die Seebrücke zur einen Seite und Svinemünde zur anderen Seite sind den Aufstieg in den 2. Stock des Hauses allemal wert. Gemütliche Sessel und eine Tasse Kaffee oder am Abend ein Wein, lassen den Alltag vergessen. Wenn am Abend ein Livekonzert aus dem stets gut frequentierten Fischtestaurant unten im Haus zu hören ist, kann man dieses bei geöffnetem Fenster gut miterleben, oder wenn man nicht möchte, die Fenster einfach geschlossen halten. In der unmittelbaren Nähe befinden sich neben dem Strand auch Spielplatz, Bolzplatz und Skaterbahn und mit dem Fahrrad kann man die Insel wunderbar erkunden.
