Nicht zu empfehlen - ein Brutkasten.
Wohnung ist im Sommer ein Brutkasten. Integrierte Klimaanlage ist nur ein mobiles Baumarktgerät mit viel zu wenig Leistung und war auch noch defekt. Ersatzgerät konnte der Vermieter auch nicht an laufen bekommen (war auch viel zu klein). Die Wohnung hat nur 1 Fenster das man nicht einmal auf Kipp stellen kann. Ca. 8 qm große Fensterfläche, sehr hohe Wände, kein Rauchmelder. Wir mussten Nachts aufstehen um frische Luft rein zu lassen. Wohnung liegt an Hauptstraße. Erholungswert war gleich Null.

Sehr Schöne Villa
Das man von einer Ameisen Invasion überfallen wird, dafür kann ein Vermieter nichts. Außerdem war er mit Hilfe schnell dabei. Die Betten waren für mich Rücken geschädigten Okey und für 'ne Woche sehr gut zum händeln. Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Würden wir wieder hingehen!

nicht ganz so, wie erwartet
Im großen und ganzen schon wie beschrieben, aber bei weitem keine hervorragende Ausstattung. Es ist nur das Aller notwendigste vorhanden und es erscheint im allgemeinen etwas abgenutzt. Die Dusch-Stange ist nicht richtig fest zu stellen, die WC-Spülung geht nur mir Problemen und die Waschleisten sind auch nicht mehr in Ordnung. Kein Fenster ist zu kippen. Man muss sich mit Topfhandschuhen und einer Stuhllehne behelfen. Was mich enorm gestört hat, dass man sich im Bad nicht schminken kann (katastrophales Licht - nur an der Decke). Außerdem sind viel zu wenig Haken da. Es wäre auch eine Mitteilung schön, dass es keine Duschmatte gibt. Einen Lüfter sucht man im fensterlosen Bad vergebens. Um den Geschirrspüler zu nutzen, mangelt es an Geschirr und Besteck. Ich würde dort nicht mehr buchen, auch, wenn die Lage sehr schön war.
