2 bedroom nice home in Süssau/Ostsee

This holiday home is a small wooden house with room for 4 people. It is cosy and brightly furnished. Just a stone's throw from the Baltic Sea, you can relax, sunbathe or barbecue on the wooden terrace.



Inside you will find two bedrooms, a small bathroom with a modern shower and a cosy living area with a kitchenette. There is even space for a dishwasher. The air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures in the house even at the height of summer. Allergy sufferers will be delighted with the pollen filter. Please note that access to the house is via two steps. Just a few metres from the partially covered veranda is the Baltic Sea with its long natural beach, a true dream location.



The Süssau beach is a long natural beach. Most of the beach is also open to dogs. It is located in the fair-weather corner of Ostholstein near the island of Fehmarn. There is plenty of space for children to let off steam and there is also a large playground directly behind the dyke.



For anglers, the Süssau beach offers a unique stretch of sea trout fishing. If the weather doesn't play ball, the surrounding area offers many worthwhile excursion destinations: the Baltic Sea spa Großenbrode, the Schleswig-Holstein Lake District and the island of Fehmarn with a shark and marine centre, a donkey park and Noah's Ark. Denmark is also just a stone's throw away.

Urlaub mit 4 Kindern

Das Haus wurde mir für 4 Kinder + 1 Erwachsenen angeboten, was definitiv zu klein ist. Auch wenn man die meiste Zeit draußen war, ist die Ess-Situation und die Küche zu klein. Besteck und Geschirr war ein Sammelsurium an Einzelteilen, in der Küche kaum Abstellfläche. Das Haus war nicht sauber, obwohl man eine Endreinigung für 65€ bezahlen musste. Die Umgebung in Süssau in super. Strand, viele Spielplätze - der Waldspielplatz ist zu empfehlen - und Heiligenhafen ist 30min entfernt.

Extrem schmutzig, wenn man genau hinschaut

Wir hatten das Haus für einen Kurzurlaub mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kind (2 Jahre alt) gebucht. Von außen machte das Haus zunächst einen guten Eindruck. Es gibt Parkplätze direkt am Haus und die Ferienanlage ist gepflegt und sauber. Nachdem wir dann recht problemlos eingecheckt hatten, haben wir uns zunächst im Haus eingerichtet und die Koffer ausgepackt. Beim beziehen der Betten sind uns schon die extremen Staubberge unter dem Bett aufgefallen. Mit großer Sicherheit wurde hier seit Wochen nicht mehr geputzt. Das schlimmste daran war jedoch, dass unserem Kind nachts ein Kuscheltier unter das Bett gefallen ist, welches durch die Staubmassen total verdreckt wurde. Auch die Fensterrahmen in den beiden Schlafzimmern haben seit Ewigkeiten keinen Putzlappen mehr gesehen. Diesen Schmutz hätte eine Reinigungskraft ohne Probleme sehen können. Seltsamerweise lag unter dem Bett auch noch eine alte Gardinenstange, die dort wahrscheinlich seit Wochen vergessen wurde. Aus der Wand über dem Fenster ragten nur noch die beiden Gardinenhalter. Nachdem uns die beiden Schlafzimmer für den Anreisetag genug negative Eindrücke vermittelt hatten ging es in der Küche weiter. Die Rückwand vom Herd war derart mit alten Fett verschmutzt, dass einem schlecht wurde. Ebenso der Wasserkocher, der direkt daneben stand. Die Krönung des Ganzen befand sich allerdings unter der Küche in dem Fach wo der Mülleimer stand. Damit man den Müllbeutel wechseln kann musste man natürlich den ganzen Eimer entnehmen was erstmal kein Problem ist. Allerdings war dann zu sehen, was sich hinter dem Mülleimer befindet. Abgesehen von den beiden Mäusefallen, die glücklicherweise noch keine Maus gefangen hatten, lag überall Mäusekot, fremde Haare und irgendwelche Anhaftungen die nicht mehr eindeutig zu identifizieren waren. Das absolute Ekel-Level war damit erreicht! Der Abend war schon recht weit vorgeschritten und wir wollten uns an den Esstisch zum Essen setzen. Nur leider konnten nicht alle vier Erwachsenen sitzen da einer der Esstisch-Stühle so instabil war dass dieser bereits einen Spagat macht. Also mussten wir notgedrungen diesen kaputten Stuhl, gegen einen nassen Terrassenstuhl austauschen. Natürlich hätten wir gerne am Anreisetag die ganzen Mängel gemeldet wenn die Rezeption noch geöffnet hätte. Natürlich meldeten wir am nächsten Tag die gesamten Mängel an der Rezeption. Nur leider wurde während des Aufenthaltes nichts davon behoben/gereinigt.

Kleiner übersichtlicher Ferienpark von Novasol. Strandnah, nicht überlaufen. Naturstrand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwas entfernt, aber man kann sich gut organisieren. Gut mit Kindern
