Alternatively, you have the opportunity to purchase the entire holiday home, with a living space of over 250 m² on a spacious plot of over 1,000 m². This gives you the opportunity to permanently enjoy your vacation in this unique setting and to design the house entirely according to your individual wishes. A trial stay can of course be arranged if you are seriously interested in purchasing. The Baufritz eco-friendly wooden house has been shining in new splendor since 2014. We are renovating the house and the exterior facade with oil and are updating some of the holiday apartments "Dream View in Mollenberg" (No. 76494) and "Experience Luxury in Mollenberg" (No. 48316). We're adding a new travertine natural stone bathroom with underfloor heating and a walk-in shower to the upper apartment, "Traumblick."
