Wonderful Stay in Crete! We had an amazing experience at this hotel in Crete. From the moment we arrived, everything felt inviting the entrance smelled incredible, and the same went for the lovely, high-quality toiletries in the shower. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the shower was great, and the entire place was spotless. The location couldn’t have been better: it’s in a safe, vibrant area with lots of great shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Everyone we encountered was friendly and spoke English, which made our stay feel easy and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the local food scene Central Park was a favourite. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, arranging transportation from the airport and to the port, and staying in touch with quick responses through the app. Housekeeping even helped us with our laundry, which we really appreciated during our trip. We also loved the thoughtful extras a coffee machine with pods, milk and creamer, cozy slippers, and even Netflix on the TV for winding down in the evenings. The only thing to keep in mind is that there are quite a few stairs (we stayed on the third floor), but honestly, it just made us feel better about enjoying all the delicious local food! Overall, we’d highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Communication with host and onsite attendant (during day) was very good. Property was very close to main tourist area to access shopping and food (lots of choices) but just off the street so it was mostly quiet. Busy area during the day. The access to the building and the apartment worked, but the keypads were a bit touchy to use. They were fine once we got the hang of it.

I am going to start with the negative. The lobby and showers smelled like the sewer. If you don’t mind the smell the hotel is fine. The shower head and water pressure were great and so was the blow drier. The rooms were clean and modern, good location

We had a very nice stay at this hotel! The room was modern, clean and comfortable. It is very centrally located and a short walk away from the museum, sites, and excellent restaurants. Tsampika and the staff were welcoming and went above and beyond with service and any questions we had. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Heraklion.

Disappointed in Crete

Clean but extremely small. The pictures must be from 10 years ago as it a bit worn. Our room was on the fourth floor and the only access was by stairs that seemed to be steeper than normal. We decided after 2 minutes in the room to find better accommodations just down the street at the Dom hotel. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who can afford something nicer. We weren't given a refund.

A very convenient location since walking distance to shopping, restaurants and attractions. The apartment was bright and comfortable and the office was very responsive to our needs, even ordering a taxi for our return to the airport. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the street life on the pedestrian only street below.

明るく清潔で、立地もよく、イラクリオンの散策を十分楽しめました。 ただタオルの交換がなかったのは予想外でした。もし知っていたらタオルを干して出かけました。また水の補給、ベッドメイクもなかったです。当然あると予想していたので、少し拍子抜けしました。 それ以外は複雑なチェックイン作業等もなく、従業員の女性はとても愛想のいい方でしたし、全体的には大満足です。
