Okay the hotel is great besides the screen yelling at me every time I walk into the lobby, like no u can’t help me because I want a remote, towel, soap etc just zip it over there but besides hearing voices when entering the lobby 5 stars

The inside of the main building is small but nice and it looks like it was newly renovated. There is a huge screen when you walk in with an employee on screen ready to check you in. Different way to do that. The exterior still looks a little beaten up with boards covering some doors. The inside of the room was nice but there were a few things I noticed: Stains on the bedding, it seemed like there was just a top sheet for the bed, the bathroom door screeched loudly when opened. Not great for a midnight pee with my spouse. No instructions or guide (list of channels) for the tv. There was loud traffic outside the door and the curtains allowed for shadows of people walking by to dance across the wall…very distracting. The breakfast was small. It was nice for the one night we needed it.

The beds were very comfortable and the room cooled nicely. The only complaints were that for the three of us there were only two seats other than having to sit on the bed. Also I unplugged the refrigerator as it was very noisy.

I had stayed here previously and that trip had been pleasant so I booked again. Biggest mistake ever!!! This time it was a nightmare. There was a group of men sitting outside their rooms (2 doors down) drinking and being very loud so I contacted the property to ask them to do something about this. My complaint was ignored and I wasn’t able to get to sleep until after midnight. I will not be returning to Hitel Envi ever again!!

We thought it was a great value for the amount we paid. The staff was very friendly and the unit was very clean. We can tell that efforts are being made to update and improve the property. We would have liked a luggage rack and a few more hangers. Some shelves would be nice for storing items outside the suitcase. Overall we were pleased with our visit.
