Escape to secluded Serenity Cottage but know you're only 2 miles from Alpine Helen. Serenity Cottage is great for a romantic get-away or a fun trip with family and/or friends. Well appointed 2 bed (3 beds), 2 bath home nestled against Smithgall Woods on 2 acres of wooded peace. With new King in Master, New Queens in loft Serenity Cottage is the perfect place to get away from it all! This cabin offers plenty of room for both indoor and outdoor gatherings including, 4 person heated spa, outdoor fire pit, horseshoes, cornhole, outdoor seating, game room and so much more. FAST fiber optic WIFI, if you must work.

Serenity Cottage has a huge deck outside for all your entertaining and enjoyment. Also outside are horseshoes, cornhole, firepit with wood supplied. There is a carport for covered parking. Inside you're greeted with a open concept view from living to dining to the kitchen. All new appliances, new dished, new glasses, new flatware, new pots, pans, new Tupperware storage, new Keurig with coffee, creamer, sugars and some seasonings are also provided. No need to bring any bottled water as the WELL WATER IS LUSCOUS. I hear it cures baldness....I'm still testing that theory. The master is downstairs and has a new king mattress and an en-suite. The loft bedroom has 2 new queen mattresses/foundations. Also there is a full bath upstairs. Both bedrooms and baths are stocked with new linens, towels, and washcloths. Each bathroom has soap and shampoo/conditioners. The property has 2 external cameras primarily for security when the cabin is vacant. There are no internal cameras.

Had a wonderful time at this property. It is really well located. Close to town but away from the hustle and bustle. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Everything about the house was in good shape and clean. I would recommend it!

Best cabin in the area

This property was well stocked very clean, and centrally located to all the area has to offer. We have stayed un many cabins in the area but this is by far the best one we've srayed in ever. All utensils for great dinners, there were plenty of games for the kiddos, coffee for the mornings, and toiletries were all well stocked. The hot tub was clean as well as the rest of the cabin!!!

Family Weekend Away

This cabin was perfect. Close enough to attractions but far enough away that you can escape being a tourist. Our kids (3 and 6) were entertained by the hot tub and the games in the game room. The entire family felt very at home in this cozy cabin. Would book again

THE PERFECT HOME

My husband and I, along with our 2 kids stayed in this cabin - our son is 13 and our daughter is 17. If I could rate this home 10000 I would! It is absolutely PERFECT! It was decorated BEAUTIFULLY for Christmas, super clean, and have alll the touches one could ask for- down to liquid soap to bathe with waiting for you in the bathroom. The upstairs loft was great to give my husband and I privacy. David the owner was so kind and easy to work with. Hands down, one of the BEST rentals we’ve stayed in this year! Can’t wait to book it again!

A great getaway place!

We had a wonderful one week vacation with my wife and our 3 yo son. Cottage was in excellent condition, clean, organized with many activities included. Location was perfect, secluded, but close to Helen. We will definately come back again next year. Thank you David for being a great host!

The Perfect Place

Stop looking anywhere else. This cozy cottage is the perfect location to hide away for a carefree stay. The host and hostess has provided everything you could ever need to relax and enjoy yourself between outings to the local attractions. Centrally located to enjoy Helen and surrounding towns with little travel required. The best stay for today’s dollar.

Just what the doctor ordered.

The perfect getaway. Secluded cabin with minutes to Helen and multiple National Parks. The cabin is an open floor plan, was clean, has a comfy mattress and a maintained hot tub. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Did 4 days of hiking and 2 days of Helen. If you enjoy hiking, highly suggest renting this cabin in off season. You literally have the trails to yourself. Tried several different restaurants and Paul’s Margarita Deck deserves a shot out for the best Ruben. Thank You Serenity Cottage for being exactly what the doctor ordered.

Great stay at Serenity Cabin

We had a great trip with our daughter, her husband and toddler. It was just as advertised, comfy and clean. Quick drive into Helen. The beautiful fall trees were still glorious and quite a few Christmas displays were up too, so some of both seasons. We were glad we brought a baby gate to block the steep stairway to the loft, although it required bungee cords to reach the railing. We would stay here again :)

Perfect Mountain Stay Close to Helen Georgia

We loved our stay at this little cabin- it was the perfect location for us to explore Helen Geogia. The cabin had everything we needed! The host was great and responded to my question very quickly- and he was right the Edison lights make the yard magical. Great for visiting the area and just hanging out with family!

Just what we needed

We had a great time in this cabin. It was quiet and secluded but literally right around the corner from the main street. The kitchen was very well stocked with whatever you could need. The hot tub was great. Overall, we had an amazing time and hope to come back next year!!
