Only 7 miles from GA 400, the location is central to everything you would want to do and see. Enjoy the scenery and wildlife from the large covered deck, rain or shine. You can hear the peaceful sound of nearby rapids from the deck. Songbirds, as well as duck, blue herons, deer and the elusive river otter make an appearance from time to time. No Smoking Indoors, NO Pets & NO Parties or Events.

This is truly an outstanding property. Fully stocked kitchen for any need to assist in cooking. Beautiful furniture that was extremely comfortable. The scenery is unbelievable, the location…perfect. Watched a bald eagle, blue heron and several deer. Best of all was the owner, our neighbor who welcomed us, and came by to wish us well when we left. We love Dahlonega, and will always keep this home in the forefront.
