A beautiful, well renovated and well thought out cottage.



The house is located at the end of a closed street to an open area overlooking the water. The cottage, which is on two floors, has a high ceiling on the first floor, which gives light and a wonderful sense of space. The house exudes quality and is furnished in a modern style. There are two good bedrooms with double beds and lofts and an extra bedroom with a good sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped and is in open connection with the living room, where there is both a fireplace and a heat pump. From the living room you can access the beautiful terrace, which offers plenty of space to spread out and enjoy a quiet stay. The only bathroom in the house is sufficiently large. On the second floor there is also a beautiful viewing room from which you can enjoy the view of the water in Lillebælt. In the basement there is an activity room with billiards and table soccer. In the adjacent disused garage there is space for a table tennis table. The house has a number of stairs and is therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Nature-loving vacationers will love spending the night in the shelter in the garden.
