This „hotel“ is in a poor state of repair and provides very few services. The rooms and beds are tiny and it’s way overpriced for what it is. I actually decided not to there after I saw the room.

Bereits 18.05 Uhr war niemand mehr da, Schlüssel bekamen wir aber nach Anruf und Codenummer. Wir waren zu zweit angemeldet, das Zimmer aber nur für 1 Person hergerichtet. Das würde dann bereinigt. Frühstück war im Haupthaus, 5Min. Von der Depandance entfernt, Frühstücksraum war eng, Frühstück und Personal waren da aber gut. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, das Bad winzig, zu zweit nicht betretbar. Insgesamt fand ich 119€ dafür zuviel.

Es fehlte an Möglichkeiten seine E-Geräte auf zuladen ohne andere Geräte raus zu ziehen. Wände teilweise schmutzig. Es war sehr hellhörig, man konnte denn Nachbar hören. Für dieses Zimmer Nr. 26 war der Preis zu hoch.

Le propriétaire ne nous attendait pas et déclarait ne pas connaître Oui sncf. Il ne lui est pas venu à l'idée de regarder le site Expedia que vous sous-traitez (vous devriez d'ailleurs en prévenir vos clients). Nous avons été mal reçu par cette personne qu' apparemment nous dérangions ! La fenêtre sur la photo n'a aucun moyen de cacher la lumière et dans notre chambre, le dispositif était insuffisant. Les oreillers étaient beaucoup trop mous. Je préconise un affichage dans chaque hôtel d'Europe "Après 22 heures, silence. merci." car il y a des gens très égoïstes.

Une honte !!! Indigne d un 3 étoiles

J ai du écourter mon séjour mais impossible de n’a pas payer les 4 nuits alors que je suis rester 1 seule nuit. De plus l hôtel est très bruyant . Pas de climatisation. Fenêtre qui donne sur la rue . Petit déjeuner très moyen avec encore du bruit .. l enfer tout simplement . A éviter si vous voulez passer une bonne nuit . Aucun restaurant à proximité. Accueil froid .

Ne pas y aller !

Chambre sous les toits sans climatisation, sans store occultant pour le velux. 3 étages sans ascenseur Réception non ouverte 24h/24 Route très passante donc pas silencieux. Stationnement très compliqué aux environs Très peu de restaurants aux alentours Hôtel où tout est écrit en allemand, rien en anglais. Mon collègue a du malheureusement partir plus tôt que prévu, ils lui ont demandé de payer les 4 nuits quand même puis quand je demande pour prendre sa chambre (car lit double et un store) on me répond que non lhotel est complet alors qu'il vient de régler 4 nuits et ne reste que 1 nuit. A part la propreté de l'établissement, le reste est vraiment nul. Je ne conseille à personne cet hotel.

Das Hotel befindet sich an einer viel befahrenen Hauptstraße. Mein Zimmer lag an der Straßenseite. Ich hatte ein geräumiges Einzelzimmer mit Bad/Dusche, Bett, Sofa und einen kleinen Fernseher. Das Zimmer war in einem sauberen Zustand und die Heizung funktionierte bestens. Das Frühstücksbuffet am Morgen war vollkommen in Ordnung.

Nettes Hotel für Alleinreisende auf der Durchfahrt

Das Auerstein Dependance hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Da ich geschäftlich in Heidelberg war, war die Größe des Zimmers und das zugegeben sehr kleine Bad für mich genau richtig. Etwas irritierend war am Anfang, dass mein Zimmer, zusammen mit einigen anderen, abgekoppelt vom Hotel gegenüber im Innenhof lag. Dies stellte jedoch keine weiteren Probleme dar abgesehen vom wirklich sehr schlechten Wlan-Empfang. Das Frühstück war gut, der Service auch. Wichtig ist, dass die Zeiten in denen die Rezeption besetzt ist nicht mit den hier angegebenen Zeiten übereinstimmt. Die Rezeption war vormittags zu den Frühstückszeiten immer besetzt und es war somit auch kein Problem morgens auszuchecken. Für Reisende, die nicht planen den ganzen Tag im Hotelzimmer zu verbringen ist das Auerstein Dependance meiner Meinung nach empfehlenswert.

Hotelli parin kilometrin päässä keskustasta. Raitiovaunu menee aivan hotellin edestä keskustaan. Siisti pikku hotelli, ystävällinen henkilökunta ja hyvä aamiainen tuoreine sämpylöineen. Sisäpihalla kaksi autopaikkaa, a 6 €/vrk. Ei hissiä. Liikenteen melu voi kuulua sisään, jos on kadunpuolen huone.

"Hotel" liegt in einem Hinterhof. Hat nichts mit einem "normalen" Hotel zu tun. Das Zimmer ist phantasielos eingerichtet. Zugang über eine Außengalaerie. Das Zimmer entspricht einem langen Schlauch, an dessem Ende ein fensterloses Bad liegt.

Einmal und NIE wieder

Empfang an der Rezeption von einem Jungen Mann war sehr nett. TV ging nicht und er hat sich direkt darum gekümmert, das war leider auch das beste am ganzen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer hatte beim betreten eine Raumtemperatur von 14 Grad und das Fenster war offen. Draussen war Die Temperatur 7 Grad. HEIZUNG war AUS. Geht gar nicht.... es dauerte Stunden bis die Temperatur auf 20 grad hoch geheizt war.....mehr war nicht drin..... Das Zimmer ist eingerichtet wie in einem Hostel, sehr spartanisch und die Stühle wären beim anlehnen nach hinten gebrochen. Die Bilder im Internet stimmen nicht überein...... es müsste geschrieben werden das es 2 Hotels Auerstein gibt und das Depentance (ist der gleiche Besitzer) ist eben nur einem HOSTEL gleichzustellen. Preis Leistung stimmen nicht überein..... wir kommen vom Bodensee und das ist die Tourist Hochburg und da bekommt man für den Preis doch einiges besseres geboten. Das Frühstück war ok , jeder kommt was finden..... allerdings das Personal war nicht freundlich ...... Geschirrr wurde NICHT mit der Spülmaschine gereinigt sondern immer nach jeden Gast von Hand gespült und gleich wieder verwendet für den n Nächsten Gast..... sehr unhygienisch.....
