In the district of Hohe 5.3 km from the centre of Hehlen, 5 km from the centre of Bodenwerder, in a quiet position, 400 m from the edge of the forest. For shared use: large garden 1'500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees. Terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). In the complex: fitness room (extra). Storage room for bicycles, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use, extra), drying room. Parking (for 10 cars) on the premises, single garage (extra) at the house. Shop 7 km, grocery 5 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 5 km, bakery 5 km, bus stop "Hohe" 20 m, ferry "Hehlen" 8 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km.
