Great spot for fishing off the dock. Nice, clean space with every amenity you could think of. We had a couple of things we needed to contact the property manager about and the phone number in the email wasn’t correct but they did end up contacting me shortly after.

We really enjoyed our stay and considering staying again. Such a beautiful home, very spacious and anything you needed was available just like home. We really enjoyed the enclosed patio. We thought it was nice that we could sit out there with air conditioning or open the garage doors and still enjoy the view with the enclosed screen.

Everything was perfect for our stay and the celebration dinner for our daughter’s and her fiancé graduation for our families to meet for the first time! Kitchen was a chef’s dream! Beds were comfortable! River view from sun room with sliding glass wall was delightful! Special touches all through house to make us feel welcome! Close to college and to Heber Springs! COMFORTABLE RIVER RETREAT

The positives are numerous for this quiet river home. We found the 3 King bedrooms each with en suite baths so convenient for our 3 couples. The kitchen is big and big cooking/serving ready. One indoor living room with plush seating AND an indoor/outdoor porch was perfect for visiting and river watching. The gazebo and the large covered floating deck gave us even more options for hanging out. These folks really blessed us by opening up their well appointed home for our friend reunion. Thank you!!

Beautiful Home!

This is an excellent home to relax for a week! Everything we needed was provided and the house was very comfortable. We were able to catch some fish from the dock and enjoyed our week very much.
