Stay in Heber, ski at Deer Valley

Great location for a ski trip, even though we found the Jordanelle entrance to D.V. is no longer a secret. Still, it was a short drive to the Snow Park Lodge at D.V., and after skiing we came home to a quiet basement (but not dark) apartment in a small town with no traffic. The kitchen is small, but fine for two people and a short stay.

Pleasant stay in accessible location

As described, very clean property. We enjoyed our stay, quiet and peaceful yet had great accessibility to Heber and what we were in town for. Prompt communication with property owners.

Pleasant accommodation. Too many surprise housekeeping responsibilities for the guest.

This accommodation is pleasant. My only complaint is that I paid a significant housekeeping fee and then received a list of housekeeping requirements after I had finalized the rental agreement. We were asked to take out the garbage but there were not instructions as to where to dispose of it. Also, a requirement was to wash and put away all dishes. I think the owner of this house should make sure that the dishes are sanitized and put away for the use of their guests. I don’t like the idea that a guest was responsible for cleaning the dishes. During our current health concerns I want to know that the dishes were cleaned and sanitized appropriately. I would just get a hotel room next time so that I wasn’t responsible for a list of house keeping responsibilities on top of a large housekeeping fee.
