Welcome to this charming, mountain retreat, just 7 minutes from Deer Valley East Village and 15 min to Park City! With three cozy bedrooms featuring one king bed and two queen beds, guests find plenty of space to relax. Chef's kitchen, large kitchen island all while watching the beautiful mountain sunsets. Huge master bedroom, with private patio and large master bath with double vanity. Two other bedrooms each with a queen bed. Very quiet, private and convenient.

This house is truly exceptional. It is newly built, so everything inside is brand new, and it is clear the owner paid close attention to every detail. The home is extremely comfortable, spotless, and very well maintained, which made our stay easy and relaxing.The location is also a major advantage. It is only about three minutes from Smith’s (a large, Walmart-style supermarket) that stays open until midnight and has everything you might need. There are also two additional convenience stores nearby that are open 24 hours. On top of that, it is just about 15 minutes from Park City, which was perfect for our plans.A standout detail is the view from the windows, including the master bedroom. The mountain scenery is absolutely breathtaking and truly elevates the experience.It is also worth noting that communication with the owner is extremely easy and fast, which made everything smooth from start to finish.Overall, we had an excellent experience and will absolutely stay here again. We are very happy with our stay!
