Everything about this perfect birthday retreat met and surpassed our expectations! It was close to our home, so no need to travel far, but it felt a million miles away. Still our beautiful Sonoma County, where we were surrounded by views of vines, hills and morning fog. Wayne, our host, was welcoming, and the hospitality was kind and thoughtful. We will return!

If you want remote, this is your place! The cabin is very comfortable and clean. The bed was amazing, as well as the reclining sofa and chair and plush throws. Wayne’s cabin is in a vineyard. The views are wonderful. There is wine and lots of other things that are there for you. If you like to cook, the kitchen is well furnished with nice cookware, dishes, wine glasses, a marble cheese slicer, and lots of spices, and fridge items. A washer and dryer are in the garage.My husband and I enjoyed our time at the cabin, and had great wine tastings at Sterling and Del Dotto. Sterling was over the top with pours. Del Dotto was outstanding with the tour, and it was just us. Wine is sampled directly from the oak barrels in the cave.

We had an amazing stay at the cabin. The place is cozy, spotless, and has everything you could need. The setting in the heart of a vineyard is wonderful - so much natural beauty and peace, plus fantastic birdwatching from the deck! And Wayne went above and beyond to make our stay a special one. The cabin was comfortable with everything we needed and the hosts were very helpful and provided lots of great information for a very enjoyable stay. They gave us lots of detailed information on the wineries near by, restaurant reviews and many more suggestions for hikes and exploration. We were able to explore the nearby town of Healdsburg and had a great visit to this very beautiful area in the rural area on a vineyard and watched the sunrise and nature from an excellent vantage point every day. We loved the experience and definitely want to visit again especially in the winter after the rains when the hills turn so green with wild mustard and other wildflowers beginning to bloom amongst the vineyard vines! I bet other seasons have their own things to see too. Thank you to Wayne and Pauline for sharing this peek of Rogers Historic Vineyard !

Our stay at the Dry Creek Cabin was beautiful, comfortable and cozy. It was well appointed, had a very comfortable bed, an updated kitchen with everything you’d need, a great deck with a Blackstone grill, and views for days! The stars at night were just gorgeous. The cabin in the middle of vineyards was such a treat and we would not hesitate to book it again or recommend it to friends.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this cozy cabin. Spotlessly clean and well appointed. The host could not have been more accommodating and kinder. A perfect location for a very peaceful and romantic getaway. A great base from which to explore Sonoma.

Cabin in the vineyard

Roger’s Cabin is a great place to stay if you want to get away from everything. Quiet, serene setting with lots of nature.We picked black berries and hung out on the patio enjoying the peace and quiet.

Beautiful Property

My husband and I stayed here for a few days and it was perfect. The location is great being close to town while still being secluded up in the vineyard. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch in the morning and at night and watching the deer or turkeys! If we come back to Healdesburg we will definitely be staying here again.
